Orange and Cinnamon Cookies
Ingredients
1 cup All purpose flour
1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temp)
1/2 cup icing sugar
3 Tbsp cornflour (corn starch )
Finely grated orange peel (from 1 medium orange)
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp salt
* This recipe doesnโt require baking powder or baking soda (bicarbonate of soda).
Instructions
1. In a large bowl add butter , icing sugar and finely grated orange peel then mix until light and pale .
2. Sift in flour , cornflour , cinnamon and salt . Mix until a dough is formed.
* I advise you to use your hand to mix the dough . Take your time the dough will eventually come together.
3. Slightly flour your work surface. Roll the dough and flatten it with a rolling pin .
4. Use a fork to scrap the dough on top . Let the dough chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
5. Once the dough has chilled take it out and use a fork to scrap the dough on top again . Use a cookie cutter to cut out the dough.
6. Place the dough pieces in a lined baking tray.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 Degrees Celsius for 15 minutes or until slightly golden brown.

Brownie Butter Cake
INGRIDIENTS;
1 cup dark chocolate
1/4 cup butter
1/4 sugar
1 whole egg
1/4 cup All purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon Instant coffee powder
For butter cake
1 cup All purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter
2 Whole Eggs
3 tablespoon Milk

Campurkan semua bahan kecuali kucai ngan udang.. Agak2 dah x berketul.. Jgn lembik sangat.. Jgn padat sangat.. Kang keras kejung pulok bila goreng ๐๐๐lepas tu baru letak kucai ngan udang... Gaul sebati... Biar kan dlm 1/2jam baru goreng kan.. Pasti kan minyak Betoi2 panas๐๐๐

Homemade Chocolate Sauce
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 Tbsp flour
1 cup milk (250ml)
1 Tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions
1. Sieve cocoa powder and flour then whisk well .
2. In a saucepan add sugar then add the cocoa powder mixture you just sieved .Mix everything well together.
3. Add milk and stir until the dry and wet ingredients are combined .
4. On a low heat on the stove place the saucepan and keep on stirring until the sauce reaches a thick consistency.
This will take 10 - 15 minutes .
5. Add butter 3 minutes before switch off the stove .Mix it in very well .
Transfer it into a container or glass bowl . Let it cool off . Keep it refrigerated.

BROWNIE BUTTER CAKE
Ingredients
(For the brownie)
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 whole egg
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon Cocoa powder
(For butter cake)
1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter
2 Whole Eggs
3 tablespoon Milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Procedure
1. To begin with Brownie Butter cake, preheat the oven at 180ยฐc
2. Grease or line an 8โณ inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
3. Melt chocolate chips and butter in a microwave or in sauce pan containing water placed on heat. Once it is melted, add sugar in the melted chocolate mixture and stir well. Keep it aside to cool.
4. Once cool a bit, add egg and vanilla extract and whisk again. Sift flour, Cocoa powder and add to melted chocolate mixture using folding method to make a nice batter.
5. Pour in the batter in the prepared pan and bake for 15 mins only.
6. The next step is to make the butter cake. Take butter and sugar in a bowl and beat until light and creamy.
7. Add the eggs and vanilla extract and beat it very nicely till it becomes creamy and frothy.
8. Sift flour and baking powder together and add into the egg mix. Fold in gently and slowly add milk to make a smooth and silky batter.
9. After 15 mins the brownie must be half done, remove the pan from the oven and pour in the cake batter over the brownie.
Please do it gently to settle the air bubbles and put the pan inside the oven.
Reduce the oven temperature to 160ยฐC and bake for another 25-30 mins or till the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Take out the pan and let it rest on a wire rack for 10-15 mins. Carefully hold the parchment paper and lift the cake from the pan and keep it on a tray and allow it to cool completely.
Serve Brownie Butter cake and enjoy

Roti tawar
Bahan topping:
4 sdt kopi instan (me: nescafe)
1 sdm air panas
1 butir telur
70 gr gula bubuk
80 gr tepung terigu serbaguna
80 gr butter (suhu ruang)
Cara buat:
1. Topping: campurkan kopi instan dgn air panas, aduk rata lalu masukkan telur & gula bubuk, aduk rata. Setelah itu masukkan tepung terigunya, aduk rata & terakhir masukkan butter; aduk rata hingga adonannya smooth & silky. Pindahkan ke dlm plastik segitiga.
2. Siapkan roti tawar secukupnya lalu semprotkan topping tsb di atasnya.
3. Panggang roti dgn suhu 180โC selama 25 menit di rak tengah dgn api atas. Selamat mencoba.

1/2 kilo kcg tanah disangai tanpa minyak. buang kulit dan kisar halus dan sebahagiaan kisar kasar.

20 tangkai cili kering(rebus dulu)*
2 biji bwg besar*
5 ulas bwg putih*
3 batang serai*
1 sudu udang kering(rendam sekejap dgn air panas)*
2 biji buah keras.*
3 kpg biskut lemak@ marie*
Air Asam jawa.
Gula pasir@ merah(pilihan..boleh campur kedua2 gula)
Garam& aji(ikut pada keperluaan rasa)

Cara-
sedia kan periuk.masukkan minyak.

1.5 liter air masak
1cawan gula
1/2 cawan susu pekat
1 satu kotak santan (kecil)
1 tin susu cair
3 sudu tepung pulut
3 sudu tepung jagung
Sedikit sirap
Sedikit garam
1.Rendam kacang semalaman & rebus sampai empuk .. pstu lenyek ..(Lagi lama rendam kacang lagi bagus senang empuk)*kcang merah sy s**a letak b*k ..lagi sedap ..resipi diatas anggaran shja .
2 .l.5 liter air + 1 cwan gula masak atas dpur smpi gula hancur
3. 3 sudu tepung pulut + 3 sudu tepung jagung bancuh dan tuang dlm air gula tu ..kcau smpi tpung larut ..nk snang guna mixed
