Is There Such a Thing as Psychological Pain? and Why It Matters 06/01/2020

Brothers and sisters in Christ, if you still have any unresolved emotional trauma from the past, or are currently suffering from anxiety, worry, or any stress, these things can seriously be preventing you from healing.

With every post I make, I always aim to be as raw, sincere and open as possible. This is my style. Pain and suffering are not things to be sugar coated and brushed aside.

There are many foods and natural medicines that you can take to heal, but above all of that, if you're not taking proactive steps to address any emotional/psychological pain, then healing your body overall will be nearly impossible.

God designed and weaved together our physical body with the spiritual. We are not just atoms and molecules. But we can't forsake one or the other. If you neglect your physical body, you will suffer. and if you neglect your spiritual self, the essence of who you are, you will also suffer.

The main way to reduce pain and inflammation in your body is to first start by addressing any emotional pain you may have experienced throughout your life. Or any that you're be experiencing now. Easier said than done right?

There is so much that we don’t fully understand, but what I do know from my personal experience is that every time I’m stressed out, worry, or have some kind of anxiety, my body undergoes more pain and symptoms. I'm sure many of you can relate. Jesus told us in Luke 12:25-31:

"And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life? If then you are not able to do as small a thing as that, why are you anxious about the rest? Consider the lilies, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin, yet I tell you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass, which is alive in the field today, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, how much more will he clothe you, O you of little faith! And do not seek what you are to eat and what you are to drink, nor be worried. For all the nations of the world seek after these things, and your Father knows that you need them. Instead, seek his kingdom, and these things will be added to you."

Clearly, Jesus told us these things for a reason. He knows all things, He made us. He knows how our bodies function under stress, anxiety and worry. Ultimately, if we are constantly worrying, that's a sin against God. I'm guilty of committing it almost every day. Worrying is a sin because it means we aren't trusting in God's sovereignty to provide for us. But as true followers of Christ, as those of us who cling to Him as the True Vine, we must actively fight against worry through prayer and meditating on God's promises. That's the best antidote you can get against worrying.

And as a scientific researcher and follower of Jesus, my #1 suggestion for all of you that are currently suffering any kind of pain, is to pray and soak in God's word. Some of you may already be doing this. But for others, especially if you've been suffering for years and feel as though God has abandoned you to suffer, it can be hard to come to Him in prayer.

Tomorrow, I will share some practical steps you can take to approach God in prayer when you feel like you just can't. Even in the pain and hurt, we NEED God. We NEED Jesus. He is the True Vine, and we are his branches if we remain in Him.

My prayer is that we do remain in Him, as He is the source of eternal life. God bless all of you!

Is There Such a Thing as Psychological Pain? and Why It Matters Medicine regards pain as a signal of physical injury to the body despite evidence contradicting the linkage and despite the exclusion of vast numbers of sufferers who experience psychological pain. The sad reality for so many of us, is the feeling that the Church ignores our physical suffering. That family and friends just don't understand and don't even want to understand what we're going through.

Yes it's true that Jesus said we would suffer in this world. As followers of Christ, we were never promised an easy life. But physical sickness, disease, pain, all of these things that come with old age due to cellular degeneration, these things are even starting to affect the younger people. Instead of empathizing with fellow christians who suffer, often times you may have heard others tell you "it's all in your head," or "get over it you're fine." How many times has your doctor told you "your blood test is fine" but in reality you just feel awful?

You know deep down that you're not fine. Life wasn't meant to be lived being in pain 24/7. Something has gone wrong in your body, but God has given us the tools and the ability for the human body to regenerate itself if given the opportunity.

In tomorrow's post, I will share some key steps you can take in this 2020 to reduce or even eliminate any pain and inflammation in your body. God bless you all!

What Does It Mean to ‘Abide in Christ’? 04/01/2020

What Does It Mean to ‘Abide in Christ’? Jesus is clear that abiding in him is not optional. But what does it actually mean to daily remain attached to him?

If you're suffering from any kind of pain, sickness, disease, stress, or worry, this page is for you. God has not abandoned you.

So many fellow brothers and sisters in Christ are suffering in silence. Your own family may not even fully understand what you're going through.

As the admin of this page, I will understand you. I used to be very healthy and lived a "normal life" when my own health tanked over the past few years. Every day now I'm in a lot of pain. But God has been good to me, and in the midst of the pain and suffering, He has taught me to rely more on Him and His provision rather than on my own strength.

Without Him, I am nothing. Without Him, we can't do anything. This was the realization I got from years of suffering, This incredible insight, that God holds all things together. And the inspiration for showcasing John 15:5 as the main verse for Living True Vine.

So now I want to ask you, have you ever truly pondered as a follower of Jesus Christ what it means for everything to be held together in God?

Colossians 1:15-20 says, "He (Jesus) is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through him and for him. And he is before all things, and in Him all things hold together. And he is the head of the body, the church. He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in everything he might be preeminent. For in him all the fullness of God was pleased to dwell, and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether on earth or in heaven, making peace by the blood of his cross."

Every atom, molecule, and cell in our bodies were stitched together by our Almighty God. The Great I AM. The King of Kings and Lord of Lords. He was there in the beginning.

Psalms 139 13-16 shows us that God was there. in every moment, even before we were born, He was there.

For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother's womb.
I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well. My frame was not hidden from you, when I was being made in secret, intricately woven in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed substance; in your book were written, every one of them, the days that were formed for me, when as yet there was none of them.

Every fabric of our being was put together according to God's design. He is the ultimate designer. It's impossible to have trillions upon trillions of cells, each cell containing billions and billions of molecules, able to coordinate with one another so seamlessly and being the result of "random chance." God programmed our cells with incredible complexity. The genes in our cells are the instructions that code for proteins, which carry out so many functions in our cells for survival.

All of this means that if God is the One who holds everything together, and if God is the perfect designer of all of creation, including us human beings, then that means that we can heal from our sickness and pain.

Ultimately God will heal all of us who are in Christ Jesus, as is written in Revelation 21:4:

"He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.”

But until that day, we are under sin's curse from Genesis 3. But God in His great mercy has given us all of the medicine we need on Earth in the form of vegetables, fruits, and healing herbs. He even allowed us to eat animals, and we know today that we need to eat healthy meats like fresh caught salmon, grass-fed beef, and pasture raised poultry to get all the vitamins and minerals for our bodies.

If you've read this far, I'm so glad. My mission is to help other fellow believers and followers of Jesus who are suffering. Who not only need empathy and an ear to listen, but someone who can help give them the knowledge and tools to heal. I firmly believe that God has designed our bodies in such a way that our cells can regenerate and we can be healed completely, even if you're suffering from cancer, any kind of autoimmune or chronic disease, and pain from injury.

But above all, I will post about what God said in His word, to encourage you with His promises, and to help you trust in Him more even though you suffer. God allows us to suffer because we know that He works all things for our good, for those who love Him. and we know that God allows suffering because He disciplines those He loves. From everything our Lord Jesus suffered while on earth, how much more will He understand your pain.

Every day, I will also be posting information on the healing foods and medicines that you need to overcome your disease so stay tuned for more content.

God bless you all!
