This past weekend was such a blast!! I got the opportunity to JUDGE for the first time in a powerlifting meet instead of lifting, expediting, or supporting lifters! It was an amazing opportunity with new and old strong friends and fam. Shoutout to for coming all the way to cali to teach us new judges the ropes! We all learned a lot from her and her passion to the sport ๐ฅฐ๐๐ผ

.pl is growing in the west coast especially SoCal and Iโm proud to be a part of the grassroots efforts. ๐ค๐ผ

Shoutout to for hosting yet another successful fitness event at their facility. I canโt wait to continue to give back and support this sport of powerlifting.

A 3 white lights event in my books all the way around!!! I have lots to learn about this sport still, whether it be coaching, under the barbell or judging from the side. Hope to see everyone again in April for the next USPC meet at 4:13! ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ โช๏ธโช๏ธโช๏ธ

Accountability August! GOALS:
Move at least 30 minutes each day, eat at least 1 serving fruits/veggies every single day, make and reach a water goal every day!

Focus back on yourself, write down some goals. Look at a calendar, create a timeline. Plan your workouts, the sleep needed to perform them, the food needed to fuel them.
We are out here making progress this month. We are halfway there and still going strong. Only a couple days had minimal activity so far, and Iโll take it! The overall goal is to have accountability for oneโs self and actions. We are more capable than we think. Be about it, donโt just talk about it Yall! ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ

Trainer tip of the day: Fake it till you make it! If you wait for motivation to strike youโll probably only workout 1/3 of the time! You may not always wanttttt to do that cardio, but you can cry about it from the elliptical. Make it happen yโall ๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธ๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธ๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธ
