The first time I won award in 2017, I told Shannon Thomas Crotty that I was never leaving and she would have to kick me out of the company. So far, she hasn't kicked me out, so I'm still here!

Even though we don't have a local chapter anymore, I am a member of the Worldwide Chapter and run the Diamond-level membership (since 2019) and loving every minute of it!

"Is a tiara appropriate for my dentist appointment?

Okay, okay, let me explain. So the Women’s Group I launched in Hagerstown in March is part of a global women’s group and we do this thing called a Traveling Award.

Each Chapter has their own award including Diamond Membership, kind of like an upgraded business mentorship.

Anyway, Friday a boxed arrived that I didn’t remember ordering, those are the best aren’t they?! And I open it to find the Diamond Traveling Award with the tiara, jewelry, a beautiful book from other ladies around the country and an incredible card from someone special.

And I cried.

I cried because this group of women near and far are the best friends I didn’t know I needed and they’ve been there every single day through this storm of 2020.

This group is home, and if you’ve ever thought about us and what we’re doing I think you should send me a message. All I know is I’d be lost without them."

We have been enrolling Diamond Members for 1 week now! Things are already beginning to SPARKLE and SHINE and we haven't even started yet!

One of the first tasks to the on-boarding process is completing a "New Member Questionnaire" so that we can get them properly loaded into our new software program. These ladies are the first 20 Diamonds that took IMMEDIATE ACTION and get their profiles completed!

Q: WHAT'S THE TIME COMMITMENT?

A: There are various activities and opportunities within Diamond membership and each member should decide how much time they are willing to commit to their membership. Here's a breakdown of what you can choose from, think of it like a buffet, you decide how much you load on your plate:

1. Online Business Connect 1.5 hours x once a month - Great for networking, and hearing from a guest trainer with various topics each month

2. Large Group Mastermind 1.5 hours x once a month - Great for sharing struggles, talking through challenges, sharing your wins, being accountable

3. Small Group Masterminds 1.5 hours x twice a month

4. Trainer Topics - 10 minutes per trainer (6 trainers) BUT, we recommend that you align yourself with a couple of trainers who are in alignment with your goals and rotate them as necessary.
*Each trainer also offers 2 intensive trainers per year (total of 12)

5. SMART Goals training - 1x per quarter 45 minutes

6. Master Class with Shannon Crotty 1x per quarter 45 minutes
