For the making of veg spring rolls, you need to follow these steps given below-
Step 1- You need to prepare the filling of the spring roll. Chop all the vegetables like Onions, Cabbage, Carrots, Capsicum, and vegetables of your choice you want to add to your spring rolls.
Step 2- After cutting the vegetables you need to cook the entire filling. For that, you need to heat oil in a pan and saute Onions just for a minute add all the vegetables that you have chopped, and saute them until they are half done.
Step 3- Now add soya sauce, red chilly sauce, green chilly sauce, tomato ketchup, and vinegar to the pan, and now add some spices and herbs add salt, pepper, oregano, and chilly flakes to it keep in mind one thing that we have already added the sauces and sauces have salt and spice in them.
Step 4- Now pull out the spring roll sheet from the packet {sheets of spring rolls are easily available in the market}. Fill the vegetables in the sheet with the help of a spoon after filling the vegetables fold the sheet at the corner of the sheet and put some water so that you can close them easily.
Step 5- After doing all these steps heat the oil in a deep pan and when the oil is hot enough put spring rolls in the pan for deep frying them once they get golden brown take them out on tissue paper and cut them into pieces.
Step 6- Now that your spring rolls are ready they are ready to serve. You can serve them with red chili sauce or with tomato ketchup and mayonnaise.
