REMARKABLE PROGRESS!! My client has done so well. Over 10kg lost and has consistently progressed in the gym, and muscle definition starting to come through.
Inches and pounds have been shredded off.
My client came to me and said he wanted to lose some weight and trim down.
We spoke about realistic goals and his struggles.
He struggled previously with going the gym consistently and sticking to a diet because of cravings and other outside influences (beer π€£π€£). However we worked out strategies to overcome these struggles but without him sacrificing his luxuries.

3 years ago, I struggled with my health physically and mentally. I wasn't in a good place. I was working a 8-6 office job and had a busy home life. I had no motivation or dedication to my work.
Although I enjoyed aspects of my job it wasn't the career I wanted. Lockdown came and I used this time to change to better myself, learn and understand the fuel I put in my body and also the exercise fundamentals to building muscle and losing fat.
Ultimately it was down to me, keeping myself motivated, pushing myself in workouts and eating the right foods.
I've always had a passion for fitness and nutrition and it was at this point in my life I decided that this is the career I want. Helping others achieve their goals.
Everyone is different and everyone has different goals, but the fundamentals stay the same, motivation, dedication and discipline.
