Here are my bath salt gifts all finished.
Epsom salts

Essential Oils of your choice
Airtight glass jar for storage

DIY Essentials
White vinegar - I buy the no name brand either 2ltr or 4ltr
Bi Carb
Citric Acid
Castile liquid soap - buy from health food shop or online.
Distilled water - I boil kettle and use the cooled boiled water
Borax - optional some people do not want to use.
Essential oils - I use Doterra - you can use any that you like.
Spray bottles - Glass is best but I also use some plastic where the kids are concerned. Target are selling 500ml glass bottles for around $3 each.
This list will get you started with some basic cleaning DIY for your home if you want to get started. I will post either videos or pictures with instructions on a few things I make and use in the home. 🌿🌿

Back to Basics
I am on my own health and wellness journey and thought I would like to share as I go back to basics.
I have a son who suffers from allergies and had severe eczema as a baby and toddler, I want to try and eliminate as many toxins as I can from our home to reduce the inflammation in our bodies from toxin overload. I am doing this slowly and trying to make changes where I can, I am not going to preach to you and tell you to throw everything out of your house, sleep on the floor, sell your car and grow your body hair because it is good for you. I am simply sharing with you the ideas I am doing for myself and family and if you that helps you then it’s a win win!
I am not an expert on health and wellness either but am enjoying learning what I can to implement it into my daily routine. Feel free to follow me and maybe start your own journey as well.
