So, in December I stepped way out of my comfort zone and took part in a photoshoot arranged by and I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised with some of the results. This was at the end of an 8 week fitness and nutrition challenge and I have to say, it was an incredible experience, which not only helped me get back on track with exercise, the experience also gave me a better understanding of nutrition, and helped improve my mental wellbeing, as well as introducing me to an amazing group of people. ♥️💪

Less than 1 week to go until the Ochil Ultra on Saturday.
I will be at the finish line, offering 10 minute post-event sports massages for only £5 (usually £10) to participants.
Post-event massage is a great addition to the cool-down routine after an event and can help reduce recovery time and even the risk of injury. 😁

Due to a cancellation today, I will be offering a one hour appointment at with me at 5pm for £20 (the price of a half hour appointment).

Exciting news incoming...
As of this coming Monday (4th September) I will be working out of on Mondays (8am-4pm)
This is a beautiful ladies-only gym where the number 1 priority of its dedicated owner is to her wonderful team, who I am very excited to meet and help to maximize their potential.
The treatment room will be open to anyone who would like an appointment with me while I'm there. I'll be offering sports massage appointments and cupping if desired.
