I made this one a few weeks ago. It was a commissioned work for one of the most entertaining streamers in twitch (https://www.twitch.tv/flaisen). One of his viewers wanted to surprise him for his Twitch anniversary, he contacted me to create this cool portrait of him being on fire xD hahaha.

I really enjoyed making this one. I also follow Flaisen and I know his character and style. Maybe I lack humility but I think I catched his esence very well in this image :P

Hello everybody!

I'm so happy to announce a new addition to the collection: Minifantasy - Forgotten Plains! :)

It is a completely new overworld tileset that will allow our brave tiny heroes to explore new wonderful lands.

The original idea for this tileset started being a meadow/fields tileset, but it organically evolved into something more mysterious. I began to feel a peaceful and lonely vibes while making these graphics, something like this land actually was a very far away place with untold stories of unknown civilizations. Then, the elevations/hills I was originally making slowly changed into a short of forgotten builds covered by the grass and plants of an endless sunny plain. The rest of the architectural vestiges included in the pack just found their own place naturally.

I like to think that this pack will transport you and your players to a sunny and quiet place, full of mysteries (and perhaps dangers), on the beginning of a warm summer.

The pack has over 110 tiles + decoration sprites. It also includes water tile animations. Create rich, and colorful levels with this unique asset pack.

Today I want to share with you one of my favorite pixel artist. Kryssalian, from france, have some amazing cyber punk and fantasy themed pixel art works.

His images are very well composed. I really like the ones in which he goes with unsual angles (at least not often seen in pixel art). Also the rich and colorful palettes used in his works are top noch. The treatment of light he does creates very vivid and atmospheric landscapes. The animations Kryssalian makes are also really cool. So much inspiration!

The one I'm sharing today is a very special commissioned work. My brother from another mother and crew mate Padooki Delaerre asked me to reinterpretate in pixel art one of his favorite battle pics 🤟💪 It was such a pleasure to place each of these pixels! I think I captured well the raw battle feeling and Padoo's overhelming style🔥🔥🔥 Love you bro! Thanks for trusting me to make this work 💚

Lately I have been working on a bunch of new creatures to add to the incipient MiniFantasy universe :P

I still working on this pack, but before the final release I want to give you a sneak preview of what is about to come.

On top of our old friends (the human and the orc) 15 new races and creatures will be available in the new asset pack, to make a total of 17 body bases. I am creating different characters using each new body base. As a example I attached the walking sprite of a friendly human townsfolk.

Also a cool thing is that all this models work perfectly in both top-down and side-scroll games!
