Low Inventory = Less Competition
Since spring is the most popular home-selling season, the housing market is ultra-crowded with many other homes on the market at that time of year. And if you paid attention during Economics 101 in high school, it’s all about supply and demand. Lots of competition equals lower sales prices. But in the winter, there are fewer homes for sale. That competition over low inventory can make winter an ideal time to sell your home and pocket more money in your bank account.

A giant ship's engine broke down and no one could repair it, so they hired a Mechanical Engineer with over 30 years of experience.
He inspected the engine very carefully, from top to bottom. After seeing everything, the engineer unloaded his bag and pulled out a small hammer.
He knocked something gently. Soon, the engine came to life again. The engine has been fixed!
A week later the engineer mentioned to the ship owner that the total cost of repairing the giant ship was $20,000.
"What?!" said the owner.

Some transactions are sweeter than others. Today was one of those for me. My Seller clients needed to sell so they could move back down to Florida to be near family, and to be back in a weather environment that aided in the wife's health. I was able to help them sell to a 1st time home buyer, single mom, who just wanted to keep her kid in his school... this makes my heart ❤️ happy 😊
