Perfecting the oven baked apple pancake. Recipe below. So easy:
Preheat oven to 425
When hot place 9x12 baking dish in oven to heat it up
After a few minutes take out and place 1 Tbs butter in pan and swirl all around to coat bottom and sides
Peel 4 cups of apples
Sautee in Tbs of butter til browned (5-7 min.)
Squeeze half a lemon and sprinkle with cinnamon
Beat 4 🥚
Add Tsp vanilla 1/8 Tsp salt.
1 cup flower til smooth
Placed apples in an even layer on bottom of pan
Put batter over
Cool 20 minutes. Don’t be surprised when it rises up nice and fluffy.

Oven apple and pear pancake for breakfast. Easy and delish. DM for recipe.
