We have an excellent news, we have received our package of 150kg!!! Tonight, we will cut the cheese to be able to prepare each portion you have requested. If you want, you can come to the shop La Grande Saucisse tonight from 8:30PM to 10PM.
We thanks La Grande Saucisse, 91 Triq Sir Frederick C Ponsonby, GZR7210 Gzira that will help us to keep the cheese cold in his fridge.
You will be able as well to obtain your cheese this week-end with Audrey (Audrey Rby - The French Gourmet Malta) in the Plaza as Audrey will be on the Frenchy Market 2nd Edition) - Contact her so she can bring your portion.
If you prefer to pick-up your cheese next week during evenings, it will be possible on the shop La Grande Saucisse by taking appointment with Audrey Rby +35677127241.

Just a post to give update regarding the delivery. Cheese is now with transport company. We have taken an "Express Delivery". We really hope to have it before the week-end (by tomorrow, ideally but it could be as well on beginning of next week). Follow our discussion, Messenger or Whats App discussion. The 1st order for the Winter 2021 is NOW!!!
We will place a massive order of Raclette Cheese on 18th November to receive the cheese end of November/Beginning of December (never easy to know the exact date).

How does it work?
We are taking prepayment by Revolut, bank transfer, cash.
We confirm your order when prepayment is confirmed.
18E per kilo

1kg --> For approx 4/5 persons --> 18E
1.5kg --> For approx 6/8 persons --> 27E
2kg --> For approx 8 to 10 persons --> 36E...
If you don't have raclette machine, we can share ours for FREE during 1 day (of course you have to give it back clean and be flexible to find solution with previous and next users). We have 5 machines.

When cheese will arrive, we will inform you. The Pick-up point will be in Sliema. If you cannot come to Sliema (or doesn't want to), you will have opportunity to be delivered via a well known food delivery company (Wolt or Bolt Food) - Fees are depending of distance but usually around 5E for the area St Julians, Gzira...).

It is decided! We are launching the last preorder of Raclette Cheese of the season! Confirm your order until the 25th of March to receive your cheese around the 5th of April. It is still cold in the appartments and the restuarant are closed. Enjoy a Raclette Dinner!

Your Raclette cheese is arrived, ready, waiting for you in The French Gourmet Malta Shop in San Gwann (triq is-Sebuqa).

Shop is open this Saturday from 9.30 to 16.00.
It will be open next week from Tuesday to Saturday 9.30 to 18.30.
Please note that you can as well contact Audrey (Owner of The French Gourmet Shop) to organise a Food Delivery via Wolt if you order 20E (or more) from her shop.
If not paid yet, payment could be done via cash or Revolut directly in the shop. If you prefer to do a Bank transfer or Paypal payment, please contact us to have the details.

We had the info that the Cheese just arrived. Tomorrow morning, we will cut it to respect your orders (Some people ordered 1kg, others 1.5kg...). Your cheese should be ready during afternoon. You will be able to pick-up your order in The French Gourmet Malta (Shop in San Gwann). I will as well arrange some meetings in Sliema (we can discuss it in private messages if not done yet).

Partners since the beginning of the year with Chill Club Malta, Guillaume and Emmanuel are 2 french friends who love to organize events. With Covid, activities are interrupted for now. So instead of parties, let's have nice dinners at home. The more convivial winter dish is the Raclette.

Partenaires depuis de début de l'année avec Chill Club Malta, Guillaume et Emmanuel sont 2 amis français qui adorent organiser des évènements. Pour le moment, les activités sont interrompues avec le Covid. Alors au lieu de faire des soirées, et si on vous aidait pour des diners privés dans votre intimité. Le plat le plus convivial e l'hiver est incontestablement la raclette.

As for Chill Club Malta, our organisation is spontaneous but promised to many satisfactions. Our goal is simple, promote the Raclette and help you to organize Raclette dinner with your family, roomates, closed friends...

Peut-on commander des quantités inférieures que 2.5kg? 🧀
Oui, il est possible de commander à partir de 1kg, 1.25kg, 1.5kg ou 2kg. Nous ferons la decoupe au plus juste. Prix arrondi à 18E/kg pour éviter des montants à virgule dans les precommandes soit 1kg 18E, 1.25kg 22.50E, 1.5kg 27E, 2kg 36E.

Comment se passe la réception? 🏎
La commande massive arrivera à Sliema dans les 1ers jours de décembre. Nous mettrons tout en oeuvre pour répartir vos commandes au plus vite dans la soirée de cette journée ou le lendemain. Remise en main propre sur Sliema et nous fournirons différents points de RDV selon vos lieux d'habitation.

Quelle est la date limite pour passer commande?⌚️
Cette 1ere précommande doit être validée pour le 20 novembre.
Oui, cela vient vite mais on veut aussi que le fromage arrive vite.

Y aura-t-il d'autres commandes? 🤟

Comment se passe le paiement? 🤑
Votre précommande est validée lors de la réception de votre paiement (Revolut, Virement bancaire, cash, Paypal). Toutes les infos vous seront transmises à partir de lundi pour effctuer les paiements.
