Lining up the rats. .on.palestine
I can’t wrap my head around this. 🇵🇸
This bullsh*t was on Alexa today.
So let’s get this straight, the red represents all the places the IDF is targeting. This is literally less than 10% of north Gaza. You mean to tell me that palestinians can’t escape? Seriously? Again the bias and poor reporting never fails to astound me.

My patients have been telling me I need a vacation, so I listened somewhat. I’ve always wanted to go to as it’s one of my dreams to perform there one day. Very blessed that things unfolded just the right way to bring me here for Rosh Hashana. Talk about speaking to rocks…Stay tuned for more Denver posts!
This is gonna be a good one. Nine paths to depression on the Ninth of Av. Hope to see you there!
Some of you know my passion for foraging and mycology. Ate some delicious wild coral mushrooms to prepare for tomorrows fast. Hopefully all will unfold accordingly. Mashiach now!!!
In Judaism we don’t have a Father’s Day. One of the Ten Commandments is to “Honor Your Mother and Father.” In our house, my children are raised with every day being Mother’s and Father’s Day. Today, instead of appreciating being a father, I think it’s more important to appreciate those who made me a father: my wife and children. Lchaim to the dads and to those who hold them up.
What a difference 15 years can make… Right after my sons upsherin, we headed to the worlds only Jewish Children’s Museum in Crown Heights. The last time I was inside was 15 years ago right after it’s grand opening. I’m so grateful to come back with my family. Incredible what happens when you throw yourself into chabad.

Let me make something clear. The fact that we need armed guards outside our synagogues in 2023 is absolutely unacceptable. I’m doing something about it. I started training and taking pistol lessons. Today we worked on trigger pull. Starting with the left target on top is where I began the lesson. Shot with a CZP10C. Second target is with my P365x. Notice the improvement in grouping. This is literally after my second lesson and focusing very mindfully on my pull and working through anticipatory anxiety. Still lots of training to do, but the progress feels good.
This morning, in honor of the Rebbe’s 121st birthday, I’ll be giving a lecture on overcoming anxiety. Why? Because the Rebbe was a visionary. He gave us clear guidance in terms of what the Jewish future should look like, concluding with the ultimate redemption of Mashiach coming. On the Rebbes birthday, we have to evaluate how this mission and purpose impacts our mental health and the mental health of the Jewish people as a whole.
So cool!!!
Wow! Incredibly powerful performance and rhymes by HARDCHARLIiE, a Chicago-based Jewish rapper and Lubavitcher Chassid psychotherapist — showing the impact of alcohol use disorder on a Jewish family and the path to recovery through Jewish community, connection and spirituality.
Also known as Charles Goldberg, HARDCHARLiE specializes in mental health and addiction in the Jewish community (when he’s not rapping). In an interview with JNS, he explains, “This population — my family — hits particularly close to home. The notion that there are Jews suffering from this debilitating disease is unacceptable to me.”
To create his song, HARDCHARLiE says he “took real-life perspectives of alcoholics I’ve worked with, as well as my own experiences in addiction, and capturing them lyrically. This message can be life-changing to so many people.”
“God used words to create and heal,” he explains. “Human beings, who are made in God’s image, have the same capacity to speak things into creation. Our words hold immense transformative power.”

Judaism and Zionism are inextricably linked forever, and are only divided by those who hate us. To be a Jew and a Zionist comes with a heavy burden these days, as the world puts us under a microscope and criticizes Jews and Zionists for existing unapologetically. Tonight’s lecture will address the mental health concerns that Jews have faced throughout the ages, and will enunciate a path to move ahead confidently.🇮🇱🇮🇱🇮🇱🇮🇱🇮🇱🇮🇱🇮🇱
When I think of resilience, I think of Dovid and his wife Ruchama. Dovid has faced tremendous triumphs and equally significant losses, but nevertheless, he remains consistent in all he does. Dovid is also talented at giving people brachas - he knows how to speak specifically to a persons needs and truly desires others’ success. He refers to only his closest friends as babydoll as a marking of a true bromance, and so babydoll, this one’s for you.
I was 25 and my life was upside down. I left one graduate school program and was looking for another. My relationships with people close to me were rocky. One shabbos morning, I found Chezky, the gabbai of the Gold Coast Chabad, and we walked together to shul. I told him everything I was struggling with. He put his arm around my shoulder and said “The decisions we make in our early 20’s shape the rest our lives. I know it’s intimidating. Trust in Hashem, you’ll figure it out.” I’ll never forget that immense feeling of validation I experienced in that moment. As one of the pillars of our community, there were multiple situations during which chezky guided me correctly through turmoil. The thing that’s really cool about him, he’s not only a great man, he’s a skilled lawyer, a talented writer, a brilliant musician, and a great father and husband. He and his wife Michal opened their home to me and my wife all the time when we lived in Chicago, and were always generous to us when we had very little. Very proud to have him as a role model. Good shabbos! #770
This is the beginning of my “Friends from Chicago” series where I’ll be highlighting some of my closest friends and what they’ve taught me. This is Velvel. Velvel was born in Russia, and as a little boy was teased endlessly for being a Jew. Ironically, his family was minimally observant, and he didn’t know what it even meant to be Jewish. Nevertheless, Velvel said to me “I had no idea what Judaism was and we didn’t practice anything in my house, but I knew if these kids were teasing me over it, I needed to take a stand. I realized that was my neshama calling out.” Velvel threw himself into learning Torah and once he came to America, he gradually became more involved in Chabad. To this day, he’s one of the pillars of the Chabad of the Gold Coast. This is a guy who literally fought people hand to hand to stand up for his Yiddishkeit, and he’s a true inspiration and role model. L’chaim!
This picture is a miracle. These are my spiritual parents, Rabbi Meir Chai and Rebbitzen Rivka Benhiyoun. I met my wife at their chabad house and our love blossomed there. Today we all had our dreams come true. It was my dream to introduce my children to my parents, a dream that filled us with unbridled joy. When we came to Chicago, my wife said “Nothing has changed, it’s just we’re strangers now.” She noted however that in the chabad house, we felt just as at home as before we left.
CHICAGO HOMIES!!! Friday and Saturday I’ll be speaking at the Chabad of Bucktown in Chicago. My wife and kids are coming too. I miss all of you!!! Come hang out!!!
Today is probably the most important day out of my entire year. My wife, who also serves as my backbone, business partner, soulmate, political advisor, publicist, and fellow psychology addict, was born on the eighth night of Channukah. The only reason why I am successful is because my wife is the source of my blessings. She’s had my back through thick and thin over the last ten years. Apparently the 8th night of Channukah falls on the 25th of December every 19 years. I hope and pray that our bond will only deepen and flourish always. Love you Dina Binah.
It was cold, but Chabad of Cherry Hill always does Channukah right!
TOMORROW NiGHT!!! HARDCHARLiE LiVE @ HAVEN PLAZA iN MANHATTAN!!! HAPPY CHANNUKAH!!!
There he is in all his bearded glory: the first Chabad rabbi I ever met, Rabbi Zalman Tiechtel at the University of Kansas. A man who after 16 years, is still probably my closest friend, teacher, and supporter. Today, Rabbi Zalman is trying to raise 300k in 36 hours, and there are only a few hours left. If you love HARDCHARLiE, if you love Judaism, this donation to one of my home chabad houses is not just a donation, but an investment. College is a complicated time psychologically, and Zalman and his wife Nechama Dina were there for me when my life was in chaos while I was a student. Please donate at www.JewhawkMatch.com and invest in Jewish futures today!
This is me leading a deep breathing exercise with a bunch of CTeens from North Carolina. Breathwork connects us with our souls and serves as an excellent form of grounding.
An overly complicated story. My wife’s father is German; his parents were renowned doctors in Germany prior to the Holocaust, and were forced to leave the country due to being Jews. They emigrated to Israel where they found refuge. They remained in contact with greats like Albert Einstein and Martin Buber, who held them in high esteem. After many years, Germany allowed Jews who were forced to leave to become German citizens once again, as long as they could prove their German heritage matrilineally. Only in September of 2021 were Jews finally allowed to claim their German citizenship from their father’s line. On Friday, I went with my wife and kids to the German Embassy in New York where they were awarded German citizenship. I sat in the office the whole time fighting back tears. I thought about so many Jewish families like my own who had to uproot and leave everything behind because of the anti-Semitism they faced - anti-Semitism that human garbage like Kanye West still propagates to this day. I got very angry at the whole situation, which has been a pain in the neck to navigate. It took almost eighty years for Germany to even acknowledge the impact the N**i regime had on our family. I spat on the floor thinking “f**k you” to everyone in that building. So my wife and children are German citizens, maybe a wrong has been corrected, but I can’t help but see parallels between the current times and the mindset of many 80 years ago. My father-in-law told me anti-Semitic incidents have been happening in Germany constantly over the last few months. All I can tell you is I’m raising my children to be Jewish leaders, full of pride, and ready to fight, just as their parents do against hatred everywhere. **kkanye 🇩🇪 **kwithme
