Estella’s was founded by Dericka “De De” King in April 2020. Born and raised in Marianna, Arkansas, De De spent many of her years with her Granny Estella, whom was well known for her cooking and as the town’s “Candy Lady.” Estella was very kind, loving, and active in her community. Estella transitioned March 2018. Her smile, her recipes, her legacy is why Estella’s was birthed. Current Memphis Native, De De has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Christian Brothers University with over 10+ years of customer and food service experience. Estella’s Top Sellers are the Na Na “Banana” Pudding Ice Cream, Stella’s Fave (Vanilla), and Cookies & Cream Ice Cream, Deena’s Cinnamon Rolls, and our Ooey Goey Fudgey Brownies.
