Got to carb up a bit yesterday before prejudging;)
Protein Pancakes layered w/ snickerdoodle buffbake, Walden Farms Chocolate syrup on top.
Honey Roasted Almonds w/ cinnamon and stevia on top;)
Ingredients-
Raw almonds
Cinnamon
Honey
Stevia
Directions-
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Spread almonds out evenly
Drizzle honey then sprinkle cinnamon and stevia on top
Bake for 10-12mins
Eat clean stay Sharp!
Definitely making these again after comp:) Gotta try!
Ingredients-
2 cups oats
1 cup water
2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
1 apple peeled and diced
Honey to taste
Directions-
Mix all ingredients together
Spray muffin tin
Bake 375 for 20-25 minutes
Drizzle with honey for awesomeness 😝

Chocolate Banana Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of old fashioned oats
1/2 raw Banana
2 scoops of O.N chocolate whey protein powder
Cinnamon on top;)

Lunch-
Grilled chicken seasoned w/ garlic and black pepper, broccoli and asparagus w/ tbsp of Udos Oil on top, Sriracha Chili Sauce and mustard on the side:)

Comp. Stir Fry
Left over grilled chicken thigh, egg whites in place of tofu, broccoli, asparagus, topped w/ cashews and low sodium soy

Lunch-
Grilled Tilapia seasoned w/ paprika, garlic, and black pepper
Caramelized sweet potato fries w/ cinnamon on top
1/2 cup of spinach
Eat clean stay Sharp!:)
Dinner -
Seared Tilapia w/ garlic, black pepper, and paprika
Caramelized sweet potato wedges w/ cinnamon and honey
Steamed broccoli and grean beans w/ Udos Oil
Eat clean stay Sharp:)
Breakfast this morning..
Open-face egg white omlet w/ turkey and spinach, sweet potato wedges w/ cinnamon, 1/2 pink grapefruit, black coffee w/ stevia

Seared Ahi Tuna Steak w/ garlic, black pepper and lemon, caramelized sweet potatoes w/ cinnamon, grilled asparagus w/ Udos Oil and Sriracha Chili Sauce

Another fasted cardio and core sesh at home this morning..little over 3 weeks out, all bout the detail;)

Turkey sliders w/mustard
1/2 cup brown rice
1/2 cup of spinach seasoned w/ garlic and black pepper
