🥦 TRANSFORMATION POST 🥦

These photos were taken January 2020 and February 2021 🧠

This post is the first time I’ve ever felt comfortable showing off my stomach as it’s always been a massive insecurity for me 😅

All that I can say that it was bloody hard and I did not find one step of the process easy at all but with saying that I’m bloody proud of myself at the end of the day and for all the blood, sweat and tears I put into this 🔥

Not only was was this a transformation with my body but with my understanding of how my body runs and learning from my mistakes and better yet it’s helped me with my mind sets and mental health 📚

Now that I’ve reached a comfortable level of understanding of how my body works I can sit there and focus on my mental health even more than before 📈

At the end of the day grind hard for your goals, push through your problems, don’t beat yourself up when you make mistakes, learn from them and be proud of the person you are 🏆

▪️ MENTAL MEMO ▪️


In life we all make crucial errors that impact our life heavily and effect our mental health. Our insecurities and past cloud our judgment and we make decisions that aren’t what we wanted or what we believed was right.

There two ways of facing this: if you truly care or love someone or something fight to fix your wrongs, fight to fix the errors you have made and fight back because you only get one shot in life why waste it? We are all human and we all make mistakes, but please remember to always take responsibility’s for your actions and use it to become a better you. Other option is to just roll over and play dead (do not recommend) why? Because in life you are going to make mistakes and you are going to f**k Up, but why live your life submissively? Be heard and be proud of who you are, no one is perfect.

Not only have I tried to apply that in my life but also my journey at the gym which has gotten me to the point am at now. I’m starting to really kick goals and see the results I’ve earned 💪🏻

I can’t wait to see what this year brings in life and in the gym ✔️

▪️ THE DIFFERENCE OF 9 MONTHS ▪️

Time for the hard truth for people who don’t know last year I was put into hospital multiple times with tachycardia. I know that this is really personal but I wanted to share that anything is possible to overcome if you work hard enough for it.

This illness put me through the biggest mental struggle I have ever been through. On top of of the s**t year I had already. One thing I have learnt from this is that you can’t live in fear, you can only strive to do your best and live life how you want.

From doing so I’ve come out on top! I could not be any more proud of how far I’ve come! This is something I have to live with and take medication for. Not sure for how long but luckily I’m still able to do what I love in life and that’s fitness 💪🏻

Thank you to all my friends and family for all the love and support they have shown me and all the bulls**t mentally they have had to deal with, thank you guys 🖤

Nothing feels better than pushing your limits and really breaking through your strength barriers. I know to some people this ain’t that hard but I’m on the road to recovery so I’m pretty stocked 🏋🏻‍♂️

Bench Press 3 x 85kgs ✅

Bench has always been my weakest strength exercise. Last year before gyms closed and before I got sick I was benching 110kgs.

This year I’ve been grinding strength training hard and really trying to get back those numbers as my body is slowly starting repair from everything I’ve suffered 📈

Honestly can’t wait to see what my fitness journey has to offer me this year 🥦🇦🇺💪🏻

I’ve honestly been working so hard to get my strength back after a really tough year physically and mentally 💪🏻

I’ve been getting right back into strength training this year and really enjoying the grind to heavy lifts 🏋🏻‍♂️

I’m currently sitting at a 115kgs x 4 with 2-4 increments of 2.5-5kgs until I hit my peak and then I’ll start doing heavier foundation training 📈

I’m really happy with my progress so far and form has come such a long way by doing so 💪🏻

This year I have really been focusing on my strength and the form behind it.

Today I managed to get that juicy 4 x 115kgs (253lbs) I was absolutely hyped about this and also destroyed 😂

This year so far has been absolutely insane for my personal growth in and out of the gym 💪🏻

Not only am I becoming stronger I’m also becoming a better version of myself by adapting my commitments in the gym to outside the gym as well!

Last year I faced one of the most f**ked up years I have ever faced, it challenged me in every way but you know what I’m here pushing goals everyday! I wanna say a huge thank you to all my friends and family that have supported me through all the bulls**t and huge thank you to for always being a huge supporter and helping me through absolutely everything, your honestly a gem babe, love you ❤️
