Growth isn’t linear, even if you’re only doing something very minimal every day, that’s okay! Be proud of yourself for taking that step forward

I definitely contemplated whether I wanted to upload these because the longer I looked at them the more I picked them apart. But why? Because we care so much about what other people think we look like. More and more I find myself not liking the way I look, when ironically I started this fitness journey to improve my mental health. This year will be a year of doing things that make ME feel good and confident and not what I think others want me to look like.

I started this and I’m going to see it all the way through even when that little voice in my head keeps telling me to give up. I’m going to prove to myself that I can do this.

I just want to be a little better every day. Small steps are better than no steps at all ⭐️

We constantly go through change in our lives but change isn’t something we should fear. I want to no longer fear change and uncertainty as I know I grow when I’m uncomfortable

With just over 3 months to go until the end of 2023 what’s one thing you want to be able to accomplish or even just begin before going into 2024?

Physique update:
- I’m finally putting on weight after 5 weeks of adjusting my diet.
- Shape is starting to improve with a tighter waist and broader shoulders.
- I’m feeling stronger in the gym
- overall energy is better

Feeling super happy with how my upper half is starting to show improvements and I’m hitting pbs every week which feels awesome! Keen to keep this grind going 💪🏻

I guess I’m 25 now!

I’ve come a long way from where I was at 24. I’ve worked really hard on my mental health, chosen healthier decisions for myself and feeling really grateful that fought for me to still be here. I never thought I’d reach the age of 25 tbh but here I am and I’m feeling my best self that I’ve ever felt. Here’s to growth! 🥂

Memories 07/01/2023

I was sorting out my desktop folders and I came across these BTS photos of the shoot I did in 2021.

It was honestly such an incredible experience that I still can’t believe I got to be apart of.

The team behind it all were amazing to work with and I wish I could go back and experience it all again!

This year was rough, I’m ngl.. I struggled with so many inner demons but I feel like I’ve really made some huge progress on how I view myself and the world around me. I may not be ending this year with a better job or success in content creation but I’ve made some bigger steps towards next year being a better year for myself mentally and physically 💛
