Earlier today, I had the privilege of participating in uplifting church services held at Senye and Nyakongo SDA churches in Muhuru Bay. During these gatherings, we came together as a community with a shared purpose, rallying our efforts towards the noble cause of fundraising for the construction of essential church shades. It was a humbling experience to witness the unity and dedication displayed by all those present, reflecting our collective commitment to enhancing our spiritual spaces and fostering a deeper sense of belonging within our congregation. As we embark on this meaningful endeavor, may we be guided by the divine blessings of the Almighty, enriching not only our physical surroundings but also the spiritual fabric of our beloved land.

Today, I engaged with farmers hailing from Buembu-Wasimbete ward, located within Suna West constituency. During our interaction, I provided them with support aimed at enhancing their agricultural output and fostering productivity within their farming endeavors.

Earlier today, it was truly an honor and privilege to partake in the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and fundraising event hosted by the Migori Tipper Sacco, which serves as a cornerstone of support for our local sector. The opportunity to engage with fellow stakeholders and contribute to the advancement of this vital industry was both rewarding and inspiring. As we collectively strive towards greater prosperity and sustainability, gatherings such as these underscore the importance of collaboration and unity in driving positive change within our community.

Earlier today, I engaged in a productive meeting with the esteemed members of Oyani Bunge la Wanainchi, East Kanyamkago-Uriri Sub County, focusing on the critical challenges confronting our county. It became evident that to achieve a forward-looking Migori County, development must be seamlessly integrated into our leadership ethos. Emphasizing the imperative of addressing the youth agenda was a pivotal aspect of our deliberations.

Today, I had the honor of paying my respects at the funeral service for the late Mama Wilfrida Ochuodho, beloved mother of my close friend and brother, Okuku Ogoye. The ceremony took place in Orango village, Macalder Kanyarwanda ward, situated within Nyatike Constituency. Wilfrida's contributions to fostering peace within her family and community were truly remarkable and far-reaching. Farewell, dear mama, may your soul rest in eternal peace.

Today, I was represented by brother Maurice Jaoko in a fundraising event at GodJope Central SDA Church, Suna East Subcounty. We remain committed to supporting churches and advancing the teachings of God.

Today, I attended a Sunday service at Dede Catholic Parish alongside Father John in Awendo Constituency, during a fundraising event for the construction of a full fledged church . Our dedication to improving infrastructure for churches throughout Migori County remains steadfast and on track.

Today, I had the honor of attending the funeral service of Sibia Ogoye, the beloved mother of MD KPA Henry Ogoye and Wakili Alexanda Jaoko Ogoye, alongside esteemed leaders. The ceremony took place at Osiri Nyatike. Mama Sibia's remarkable life served as an inspiration to countless individuals. May her soul rest in peace.

Earlier today, we said goodbye to Mzee Samuel H. Onyango Okaka who made a difference in the lives of so many. Mzee Okaka will be remembered for his kindness, intelligence and unwavering commitment to cause. Hon.Mark Nyamita and I are honored to have known him, and we extend our deepest sympathies to the family and loved ones.

Rest in peace Mzee.

On this labour day, I want to express my gratitude and appreciation for all the hard work and dedication that you have put in to make our economy strong. Your efforts and contributions are essential to the success of our nation.

As a leader, I am committed to supporting policies and programs that promotes fair wages, safe working conditions and opportunities for all workers to thrive.
