Our NEW FLIP!!!
3 bedroom 2 bath, attached town home. Just wait.... it's gonna be fantastic!!!

It's starting to come together!

The kitchen is on it's way to being put back together. The baths have also been gutted down to the studs and beginning to be put back together. The kitchen wall couldn't be taken all the way out, but we opened it up as much as we could.

New Roof Day!!! Now we need to decide on a paint color. I'm terrible at choosing paint color... I know what I like, I'm just not always good at getting the right shade.
Our Filthiest Flip! The trash-out is done and this is a good look at the inside. Unfortunately for us, we will have to gut the kitchen and both bathrooms. This is a 3 bedroom, 2 full baths with lots of potential. It also has a nice backyard with a covered patio and a really big storage shed in the back. I can't wait to see the before and after video myself :)

Here's a little background...
The house has been a rental for the last 8 years and the tenant(s) were hoarders. This house was SO FULL of stuff that it's hard to even imagine. The attic and storage areas were crammed full. And then there is THE SMELL!!! It's too bad you can't get an idea of the smell from the pictures!!! Rodents, dogs, piles of trash and debris and years of filth has this little house needing a HUGE makeover. Here's a few pictures give you an idea of where we started.
