Project Update: During March and April we thought it might be nice to have more of a doll house feel with the entire back wall being demolished. Then we thought, nah, lets rebuild it instead. We have since added a new roof and portico on the front, finished the interior framing, new windows installed, began pluming and electrical.

Well I have dropped the ball on updates that's for certain! This is where we were in January. Exterior walls still need to be cleaned up, new subfloor to be installed, framing out space the way we want it to be in the update, uninstall old windows. But it is looking much better!

Since August we have cleaned out most of the personal items, selling or donating what we could. We cut down 3 massive trees that were hanging over the house, demo'ed the shed in the rear of the house and started the demo on the first floor. We have approved architect drawings and our permits pulled.

We have started another flip! The house is about 2600sqf, 2 story, 4 bed, 2 full bath. The previous owner of the house passed away and the house was left vacant before we acquired it. We are excited to make this house beautiful!
