Coach has noticed that Bryan has improved much on his ability to transition from outside to inside the gym, and that even if he has a bad day his still pushes to do his best in the gym. Almost all children with Down syndrome have muscle hypotomia, a state of reduced muscle tone that's usually related to the skeletal muscles. Individuals with Down syndrome can experience a range of physical and mental symptoms both in daily life and in the gym. That's why we tailor every Fitness 4 Focus session to meet each athlete where they are in their fitness journey.
