Kahit ano ang iyong propesyon, ang iyong ginagawa ay dapat hinuhusayan.

Mag-aral, magpa-mentor, at gumastos para makakamit ng bagong kaalaman.

Pagdating sa trabaho, ang mga kasama ay turuan at gabayan. Huwag maging toxic o maligalig sa work place para motivated ang kasamahan.

Klaruhin ang direksyon ng opisina at ipaliwanag ano ang patutunguhan. Kung me palpak, wag manguna sa sisihan bagkus maglatag ng diskarte paano maituwid at masolusyonan.

Ang pagiging makasarili sa koponan ay dapat iwasan. Paganahin ang teamwork at ang tropa ay alagaan. Pag managumpay, ang lahat ay bigyang pugay at pasalamatan.

Wag magpa-istorbo at magpadala sa paninira ng mga kritikong tamad, poor performers, puro pasipsip, at malatuba, na sobrang inggit sa tagumpay na iyong nakakamtan!
