I took a little break from crocheting after Port Huron Frankenfest but now I'm back at it to get ready for Detroit Frankenfest!

It's been a busy December so far! I've been working on custom orders, plus a festive cross stitch ghostie for a white elephant event and an army of snowmen for my cubicle neighbors at work!

I took a little break from crocheting to learn how to cross stitch. Here's my first piece! I just have to frame it.

Gargoyles are protectors that ward off evil spirits in the buildings they stand guard at.

This little guy probably isn't the smartest guardian, but at least he looks cute while standing watch.

The Grim Reaper is just trying to prove that love doesn't have to be dead this Valentine's Day.

But do you know what's actually dead? My wrists. I have had so many orders of this version of grim and I just sent out my last one, thankfully. Probably taking a break from Grim Reapers for a while.

I gave Hollow Knight a go last month or so because it was free on Game Pass, and I'm a bit obsessed. I already 100% the game and I'm eagerly awaiting the next game in the series.

So, in the meantime, I crocheted myself my own little knight to help fill the void. I just need to get a bench for them.
