Vociferous -Expressing or characterized by loud and forceful opinions in a coversation
Where to use- If you describe someone as vociferous, you mean that they speak with great energy and determination, because they want their views to be heard.
Example- They speak from the side that is vociferous in opposition to the war and detention.

Cacophony -a harsh & unpleasant mixture of sounds
Where to use- to create harsh-sounding sentences and tones which often mirror their subject matter: noisy, energetic, chaotic, or unwanted characters and things.
Example- Much of it takes place in pitch darkness to a cacophony of industrial noise
