Third party compliance review of audio recordings of Gottsche Physical Therapy - Thermopolis CEO Cheryl Shero’s statements on behalf of the William H.and Carrie Gottsche Foundation board reveal additional non-compliance from recently retired High Country Behavioral Health director, Allan Braaten, stemming from the previously cited Hot Springs County HIPAA violations.
