my intention was to cook afritada but then i chanced upon a happy coincidence - extra bokchoy, spring onions and carrots. what's meant to be afritada became pochero. life's the same you know... just make the most of whatever you have. because more often than not, what you have is more than enough.
when it's your birthday but the food aint for you. missing the chicken inasal in the gallery because someone took a bite but forgot to take a snap. what am i gonna do with this guy?!
