*PAGE/BUSINESS UPDATE*

As many of you know, this page has been dead for a while 🤣 thought I'd give an update.

First off, 4legg no longer exists.
I officially dissolved my dog training business but I am still training dogs.

I now work for Winter Park Veterinary Hospital and we're working hard to build the best dog training program in Central Florida!

The fact that I don't have to run a business by myself gives me time to focus on other passions. I'm able to volunteer with different kinds of animals and enjoy the outdoors.

I want to share these experiences while still helping you guys learn about dog behavior!

So after today this page will change from "4legg" to "Jimi in the Jungle"

Again, I'll still be posting dog-related content for the most part, but if any of you are interested in other animals or outdoor activities, stick around 😁 this page is about to get a lot more active.

Lastly....

To my former dog training clients, THANK YOU!! You are the reason why I even made it this far. Please don't hesitate to reach out for any dog training questions. Even though my business shut down, I will always be a dog trainer 🐕

Welp, as you guys know, I was going to shut down 4legg and join the K9 Training Academy as a dog trainer.

That is no longer the case.

After working there for only a few days, red flags starting showing up. Promises were not kept. The kennel where the dogs stay is in....less than ideal shape (I will keep it at that, not trying to slander anyone), and I just couldn't bring myself to continue working there.

I have learned that the dog industry as a whole is trash. Employees aren't paid what they're worth. Dogs are not being taken care of at a high standard across the board. Lots of business owners in this industry are downright shady (or maybe it's just Florida?) and something needs to change.

So for now, I am on my own. I'm still not ready to go back to training fulltime and will be focusing on school....but I am dedicated to changing this industry even if it takes my entire life. Someone has to be different.

Moving forward, dog training services will no longer be offered in the Summer (June-October) until I am able to hire employees and open my facility.

It is simply too hot and business is too inconsistent for me to offer this service by myself.

Thank you for understanding, dog training will recommence this Fall!
