It is disappointing when we face racism abroad but it is heartbreaking and heart shattering when we face tribalism from our own people…
It is definitely true that we aren’t raised with the right amount of love, if not we cannot afford to harbour this amount of hate in our hearts.. How can we hate someone because of their tribe, s*x, colour or origin?? Things we don’t have control over! If something as simple as politics can trigger such segregation then we aren’t even ready…
We just need to go back to the drawing board because this, does not make any sense..

This morning, coincidently, I got a couple of messages from some of my friends complaining about mental distress, feeling depressed, mental weakness also presenting as physical weakness.. I know this is mostly triggered by the Hope of the people that has been dashed by people we trusted to be upright with us. We all hoped that our liberation was here and somehow it was snatched from us.
My lovelies, as bad as it may look, as hopeless as the situation may look, no matter how sad you feel (perfectly ok).. PLEASE, do not slip into that loop.. the dark loop; that is what they want and don’t let them.. At all cost, protect your mental health, you are stronger than you know and We are Survivors.. We are fighters and We are winners.. Protect your mental health at all cost, log out if you need to, Consciously restrategize and be ahead of them… take it a day at a time and practice conscious positivity.
