What has helped the most when writing was bouncing ideas of friends and having them ask how my writing was coming along. It kept me move forward even if it was inch by inch. The best money I ever spent with regard to my writing was a reusable coffee mug. I love writing around people so much of my writing was done at coffee shops or at the mall. The biggest risks I've taken with my writing is making up words. Sometimes creating something completely new is required to get new results. Creating the word "achievability" is a risk I took cause it might make no sense to the reader. But for someone taking on the journal, its also a risk for them to go just beyond their comforts to see what could be created on the other side.
