We provide COVID19 information and resources; you be the hero by sharing it. Supported by the Medical College of WI & the Advancing a Healthier WI Endowment Fund

Join Outreach Community Health Centers and its MCW Family Medicine Residents for walk-in well child check up visits, sports physicals and vaccines, on site, Saturday, September 7, 2024 from 8:00am - 12 noon. No appointment needed.
Visits and vaccines are available on a first come, first served basis. Supplies may be limited based on community participation. Must have a parent or legal guardian present, and bring photo ID and insurance card.

The barbers from Cash Cuts Barbershop will be here giving FREE haircuts ✂️💈
Lakeview Health will be here will their mobile clinic
Plus many other great community partners 👨⚕️❤️
Please note that for the backpack distribution, the child receiving it MUST BE PRESENT.
We have 500 fully stocked backpacks to hand out and they will be given on a first come, first served basis.

Mom 2 Mom will be hosting a Free Spring Rummage on April 16th at SSHC which will be open to all clients as well as moms in the community. This year’s rummage will include clothing for children of all sizes, baby items, unused hygiene products and gently used toys and books.
In preparation for the rummage, home visiting nurses are collecting items starting today! Please feel free to bring in any items you have at home that you were planning to donate. Clients can bring in items they would like to get rid of as well! Contact Katie L at 414-758-0661 with questions.
