U make me enjoy doing simple natural things .. appreciating sweetest taste around me .. u make me feel richer each day.. day by day I am improving and I am seeing the bright days ahead of me in the midst of their jealousy..

- take a short break ( eg for coffee or snacks or rest ur eyes for few minutes)
- every four round , take longer break (about 20 to 30 min ) eg. take a long walk or grab coffee
