Amazing aunts and cousins with even more love than I ever imagine…. Im@beyond thankful for their acceptance and unconditional love!

Her family immigrated from Greece to Poland sometimes in 1905 or so… no one remembers anymore. Her husband was an Hungarian immigrant. They had a hard village life, raised 4 children, buried two. Now she has 25 great grand children and lives happily ever after…. In

My family village beauty is breathtaking. Our home stands abandoned and wasting away.
I’m posing with hand made rake made by my grandpa sometimes in 70ties… my grandfather was a super talented craftsman. His furniture were flawless. He built this home for my grandmother in 1938. It’s a fully wooden house with full bathroom, in a Polish manor style building with 16 feet ceilings. The happiest memories are connected with this home! Stays empty 30 years….

South of Poland, including my hometown is drowning. Rain and Chech water damn distraction is flooding my region. Natural disaster in Poland, Chech republic and Austria. Somehow 1997 flood of the century didn’t teach us much. Weak infrastructure bursted ones again. And who sufferers ? Regular people like you and me!

I have been back a week and already miss my Chinese team!!! Fashion is the love of my life! Creating magic for women and men of all sizes.

Quipao dress in mud treated silk. This silk is soft and matte with deep scattered shading that gives it 3D effect. This ancient process of making this silk takes a year for just one roll. Still made in with plant base dyes. All hand dyed layer by layer applied by hand and brush, that dryes under the sun. After that, fabric is treated with mud that dries under the sun that gives the silk scattered print effect.
This particular dress was priced at 21k Chinese yen.

Trying some qipao dresses in amazing silk with Suzhou embroidery! My Eastern European curves , no matter how small I am can never truly fit in one of those! The hips don’t lie! I can only stand, there is no way I could sit!
Yet one day I will have one custom made just for my body!

Aneta passed away at age 33 to horrific complications of leukemia and lymphoma. She was an amazing human being with super strong personality, love for art and poetry and was a passionate advocate for human rights. She discarded religion at age 7 after reading entire the Bible . She wanted nothing to do with the cruel and viscous god of Old Testament. She also believed that mysognistic Catholic church had nothing to do with Gentle teacher of Nazareth.
She loved animals and plants more than anything. She was quiet and kept to herself.
As an English literature professor she took her pupils to Metallica concerts and tutored for free kids with troubled home situation…
Her students took her passing really hard, showing up to her funeral.
I couldn’t go. I just couldn’t fathom that she was gone. Not so fast, not yet.
It’s been 16 years and I still hardly believe she is gone. I still have debates and conversations with her in my heart.

Shopping in London.. WINDOW SHOPPING in SoHo London and Harrods always gives me a glimpse of what is on trend. Not that I follow those but fashion and style lines are always revolving and find it interesting how fashion goes in cycles….

Most importantly I connect with amazing woman who can pass their business wisdom to me. Every time we meet I learn new things about life in London, fashion and politics… it’s super exciting..,

CHINA 🇨🇳 THE LOVE OF MY LIFE! I am in my element! I am never happier! My love for China has no bounds. Empathy for regular people struggles. Their efforts and ambitions to better themselves. People who raised themselves from deep poverty into professionals through hard work and dedication. People who sometimes can’t even read work endlessly to support their families.
They never complain, forever humble and eager to learn. I am humbled Myself by their attitude and work ethics.

This boundless culture, rich and multifaceted does not stop to inspire me. Lush nature calms my spirit. I feel at home when in factory. This is my family.

Little piece on Poland 🇵🇱 planted in my garden. Poppies and cornflowers…. Mine is pink, first time in my life I see pink poppy. Ours are red. Remembrance of spilled blood for our independence and our freedom, yours as well but they don’t teach that. And you are board when reminded of it. Taken for granted and ignored in the noice of life. Only Kosciusko street of airport are little tokens here and there. Haiti granted us equal citizenship when we turn again Bonaparte and fought on the side of the black Haitians. Bonaparte who was suppose to free us for the Germans or Russians. We jeopardized our own interests. Crazy for justice you might say!

We loose the truth when we ignore history.
We loose ourself when we glorify massacres; teaching kids half truths and ignore those our success where planted on.
Until we pay for our forefathers sins we will never be truly independent or free. We grow ignorant society and ignorance is death. Might be comfortable, still death is death.
