Inclusive Community Yoga with Tara

After a hiatus from the burnout of zoom life and teaching due to the pandemic, I'm excited to slowly begin easing my way back into teaching yoga! This week I'll be teaching classes for conference attendees on Star Island off of Portsmouth, NH.

Oh my goodness, friends, I hope you have had a wonderful summer ! 🌟 Update on fall classes below:

Classes this fall will be a mix of OUTDOOR and ONLINE.
We'll keep the regular time of Tuesday at 7pm.
(STARTING THIS Tuesday, in person outdoors)

OUTDOOR class will be in New Haven on the Yale Divinity School Quad (BYO mat, blanket, or towel and bring a mask).
ONLINE classes will be on Zoom (link to be posted prior to class).

I will post each week to let you know whether class will be on Zoom or outdoors. It will depend on weather, COVID #'s, etc.

Dear ones -- I write again with deep apologies that I need to cancel yoga again this evening. I'm not in a space to be able to show up for you all and create a container of healing. It has been a few really hellish weeks ! I know you get it.

April 27, May 4, May 11 however will be our final remaining classes of this current semester and I really look forward to being together again. Thank you for your grace !
