Great news! Love Immortal - Feature Film has been nominated for Best Feature Film at the Anthem Film Festival It's truly an honor to be playing in this festival and being in competition with such great talent! The festival takes place July 19-22 in Las Vegas at the Paris Resort. Our screening will be on Friday, July 20th at 10 p.m. PST

2 years ago at this time The Girl on the Mat - Short Film played at the Glass City Film Festival in Toledo, Ohio where it won the Audience Choice Award. It was a fun festival that played a lot of quality fillms. We were happy to attend and be selected.
Here is a mini teaser trailer for our debut Love Immortal - Feature Film which will be holding a special screening for friends and family of cast and crew on June 19th at 7:30 p.m. at the Main Art Theater. This was taken at the 2017 Green Bay Film Festival where Robert Joseph Butler screened his multi-award winning The Girl on the Mat - Short Film to the War of the Roses girls wrestling series in Green Bay, Wisconsin. It was a mesmerizing event and we were pleased to have screened our film there.

Great News! Our debut feature movie Love Immortal - Feature Film We just got accepted into our first film festival and we are headed to Las Vegas for our world premiere! It has been accepted to the 8th Annual Anthem Film Festival that will take place July 19-22 in Las Vegas. This an honorable festival that gets great press including publications from Forbes and Reason. We couldn't have done it without a great cast and crew! More details to follow!

Our film did very well on the film festival circuit, where it won 9 awards including Best Screenplay at the Queens World Film Festival, and lead actress Julie Kline also won Best Actress-Short Film at Queens as well. The film also screened at Green Bay Film Festival Buffalo Niagara International Film Festival East Lansing Film Festival New York Lift-Off Film Festival and Cinetopia Film Festival to name a few.
The Girl On The Mat - NRM The Girl on the Mat is a sports drama about Hayden, a high school female wrestler poised to be the champion of her state as she struggles with her Mother’s health and her team-mate’s abusive behavior. Directed by Robert Joseph Butler.

We just won Best Short Film and the Audience Choice Award at the Reel Michigan Film Festival. A huge thank you to the festival organizers and to Northville Art House for showcasing and recognizing local films.
We won the Audience Choice Award at the 2015 Cinetopia International Film Festival over the weekend. A huge thank you to the festival, the Michigan Film Office, as well as to the cast and crew. We are very honored to have won the award.

Our second screening is tomorrow as part of the Detroit Voices Competition at the Cinetopia International Film Festival. The film program starts at 2:30pm. The audience choice voting is really close so make sure you invite people out to support "Within"!!!

Last night The Spirit of Isabel screened to a large crowd up in Frankenmuth at the Made-In-Michigan Film Festival Shorty Fest, which was an encore event of the very best films fro the last few years.. The screening went well. Here is a great article on the event by MLive.com
