According to the Global Peace Index, Iceland is the safest country in the world for the 12th year in a row.
Iceland is a Nordic nation with a relatively small population of 340,000. Iceland has a very low level of crime attributed to its high standard of living, small population, strong social attitudes against crime, a high level of trust in their well-trained, highly educated police force, and a lack of tension between social and economic classes.
Iceland does not have a military and the police do not carry fi****ms with them (only extendable batons and pepper spray). Iceland also has laws in place to guarantee equality, such as legal same-sex marriage and same-sex adoptions, religious freedom, and equal pay for men and women.

Martial law is the temporary imposition of direct military control of normal civil functions or suspension of civil law by a government, especially in response to a temporary emergency where civil forces are overwhelmed, or in an occupied territory.
When martial law is in effect, the military commander of an area or country has unlimited authority to make and enforce laws. Martial law is justified when civilian authority has ceased to function, is completely absent, or has become ineffective.
Military personnel cannot be used in surveillance or undercover operations, and they may not be used as informants, investigators, or interrogators unless the investigation is a joint military-civilian operation in which the military has an interest in the case's outcome.

Yes, it does have natural caffeine.
The average amount of caffeine in an 8-oz (230-ml) serving of green tea is around 35 mg. However, this can vary. The actual amount can be anywhere between 30 and 50 mg per 8-oz serving.
Since the caffeine in green tea occurs naturally, the amount depends largely on the variety of tea plant, its growing conditions and the way it is processed and brewed. For example, tea made with older leaves usually has less caffeine than tea made with younger tea leaves.
The amount of caffeine in your drink can also be influenced by the type of green tea you choose and how you prepare it. For example, bagged teas tend to be more caffeinated than loose leaf teas. This may be because the tea leaves in tea bags are crushed up, so more caffeine is extracted and infused into the drink.
Additionally, powdered green teas like matcha have a higher caffeine content than both bagged and loose green tea
5 minutes: set white and runny yolk – just right for dipping into
6 minutes: liquid yolk – a little less oozy
7 minutes: almost set – deliciously sticky
8 minutes: softly set – this is what you want to make Scotch eggs
10 minutes: the classic hard-boiled egg – mashable but not dry and chalky

Father’s Day is celebrated to recognize the contribution that fathers and father figures make to the lives of their children.
This year, Father's Day is on Sunday, June 20, 2021. However, just remember that Father's Day always falls on the third Sunday in June.
Although it is celebrated on a variety of dates worldwide, most countries observe this day on the third Sunday in June.
Unlike Mother's Day, which has somber origins, Father's Day has relatively light roots—and was created by a woman.
According to History.com, back in 1909, a woman named Sonora Smart Dodd, "tried to establish an official equivalent to Mother’s Day for male parents." She went around to local businesses to gather support for her idea, and on June 19, 1910, the state of Washington celebrated the first-ever Father's Day.
Later in 1966, American President Lyndon B. Johnson issued the first presidential proclamation honoring fathers and declared the third Sunday of June as Father's Day.
Old Testament: The Single Author Theory –
For at least 1,000 years, both Jewish and Christian tradition held that a single author wrote the first five books of the Bible—Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy. That single author was believed to be Moses, the Hebrew prophet who led the Israelites out of captivity in Egypt and guided them across the Red Sea toward the Promised Land.
The Old Testament: Various Schools of Authors –
To explain the Bible’s contradictions, repetitions and general idiosyncrasies, most scholars today agree that the stories and laws it contains were communicated orally, through prose and poetry, over centuries
New Testament: Who Wrote the Gospels?
Named for Jesus’s most devoted earthly disciples, or apostles—Matthew, Mark, Luke and John—the four canonical Gospels were traditionally thought to be eyewitness accounts of Jesus’s life, death and resurrection. The stories that form the basis of Christianity were first communicated orally, and passed down from generation to generation, before they were collected and written down.

The U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine determined that an adequate daily fluid intake is:
- 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day for men
- 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids a day for women
These recommendations cover fluids from water, other beverages and food. About 20% of daily fluid intake usually comes from food and the rest from drinks.
Studies have produced varying recommendations over the years. But your individual water needs depend on many factors, including your health, how active you are and where you live.
No single formula fits everyone. But knowing more about your body's need for fluids will help you estimate how much water to drink each day.

HMU is the abbreviation for “hit me up.” It’s a quick way to tell someone to contact you or make plans in the future.
For example, you might say to a friend, “HMU when you want to play Mario Kart,” or, “HMU when you get back in town.” In most cases, HMU is used in social or informal business circles.
Some people also use HMU to convey that someone asked them for something, such as, “He HMU asking for money,” or, “She HMU for a date.” This usage aligns with the definition of “hit up,” which is common real-world slang for someone asking you for something.
It’s worth mentioning that “hit up” can also mean you want to go to a certain place. For example, you and your friends could “hit up” the Trader Joe’s. Of course, this usage doesn’t have an abbreviation, so back to the topic at hand.

Even thinking about yawning can cause you to do it. It’s something everybody does, including animals, and you shouldn’t try to stifle it because when you yawn, it’s because your body needs it.
You yawn when you’re:
- Tired: Your brain is slowing down, causing its temperature to drop
- Bored: Your brain isn’t feeling stimulated and starts to slow down, causing a temperature drop
- Seeing someone else yawn: When you’re in the same environment as them, you’re exposed to the same temperature
Another reason you may yawn is because the body wants to wake itself up. The motion helps stretch the lungs and their tissues, and it allows the body to flex its muscles and joints. It may also force blood toward your face and brain to increase alertness.

Australian authorities had drawn up the new media bargaining law to "level the playing field" between the tech giants and struggling publishers over profits
Of every A$100 (£56; $77) spent on digital advertising in Australian media these days, A$81 goes to Google and Facebook
But Facebook said the law left it "facing a stark choice: attempt to comply with a law that ignores the realities of this relationship or stop allowing news content on our services in Australia". They chose the latter
The law sought "to penalize Facebook for content it didn't take or ask for“
Facebook said it helped Australian publishers earn about A$407m (£228m;$316m) last year through referrals, but for itself "the platform gain from news is minimal"
