Today was one of those days that reminded me why I love being a nail tech. My client has chronic illness and mobility issues. She has not had any attention to her feet in a while. Today, we did a restorative pedicure with a callus treatment. The first two are before pictures her calluses were really bad, but we used SáShā and an angel foot fake instead of harmful cheese graters and pedicure bit kit from Erica's Nails. We finished off with a footlogix dd mouse and CND Vinlylux in Signature lipstick for the color.

She left my salon smiling from ear to ear, and her skin never looked better. If you stand on your feet all day or have mobility issues and deal with calluses, comment below. I can get you right.

This was what I was up too a week ago. I love using CND Shellac. I learned so much in the class. This is just one of the reasons why I take Mondays off so that I can do all I can to become a better nail tech.

FINALLY! CND has a no wipe topcoat for shellac and IT IS THE TRUTH! The shine is incredible. I can't wait to use all of my original shellac topcoat cause I will be using this exclusively with my CND polishes.

I ignored my own professional knowledge and kept my long coffin acrylic nails on too long without a fill. So I did a soak off today and a paraffin dip. The purple color is igel "iconic" with a simple purple chrome. I used my stamping plate #76 and black stamping foil gel by Moyra on this structured manicure with gelish Structure.The plan was to grow my own nails and overlay so I didn't extend any of the nails that broke. Probably just going to keep them maintained and see what I get.

One of these belongs in your kitchen ONLY! The other two are safe stainless steel and can go in an autoclave. They can be used on clients with chronic illnesses. Because of the car accident I am two weeks behind but wanted to post my large mystery box from Young Nails. This is the first year I was able to participate in Black Friday. I needed everything in this box because my daughter and I have only been open a month. Thanks to for giving us the sneak peek it convinced me to invest in my business! Happy holidays don’t be too cross at Greg for showing us the box. Makes me wish I had got the smaller ones too.

I am so very excited for Monday! This just arrived today and I can't wait to learn how to safely provide a barefoot service to my clients who are concerned about the appearance of their toes! It's my job as your nail tech to help keep your feet healthy but I also want you to love the appearance of your toes as well. Looking forward to providing the best options for my clients.

Things came up today so I didn't get to the suite but what I am doing is working on my nailfie wall. I am quickly learning I don't have enough fake flowers so this may take a minute before it's in my space.
