Will be posting more macro friendly meals and “what I eat in a Day”from Now on 🙌🏻
for those that know me and follow my main page know that I’ve been tracking macros for fat loss since mid February (Valentine’s Day 😉) since then I have lost a little over 10 lbs and want to lose another 5-7 before switching to maintenance.
(My macros are currently 115P-150C-43F for a total of 1447kcal.)
I love fitting this treat into my day while they are being sold in store! Sadly they only sell them during spring/summer as This makes for such a fast and easy “strawberry shortcake” treat.
15g of whipped cream - 0.5P, 3C, 3F
Pastry shell- 1P, 14C,0F
25g Strawberries-0.17P, 1.92C, 0.08F
Total: 1.7P,18.9C,3.1F and 110cals.
(Check nutritional Info as it varies per brand)
This is a HIT. The second this comes out of the oven my bowl is sitting there ready to be filled and I can easily have 5 bowls in one sitting 😂😳
Not good for my diet but 🤫🤫
CHICKEN TOMATO PASTA:
2 chicken breasts
17oz cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 Tsp Montreal chicken seasoning
1/4 Tsp onion powder
1/4 Tsp thyme
1/4 Tsp crushed red pepper
1 Tsp basil
3 Tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cups cooked penne
2 Handfuls cheese of choice.
Place chicken breasts in Center of dish and place cherry tomatoes around them. Lightly Pour oil over chicken and tomatoes then add each of the seasonings listed.
Pour 1/4 cup oil (I probably used a little less than this i didn’t measure-just do what you think you need) pour over chicken and tomatoes and stir until well mixed and coated evenly.
Bake @ 375 for 25-30 minutes.
Remove from oven and start cooking pasta until al denté, meanwhile Shred both chicken breasts and gentle press down on each cherry tomato to squish the juices out (be careful of the hot juices that will sq**rt out). Mix well then add cheese on top, bake another 5-10minutes Until melted.
Drain pasta and add to pot, mix well and serve. 🍝
Next videos will be strawberry shortcake 🍰 and gym equipment 🏋🏼♀️

So tonight I decided to try something new! I have 2 different pastas that I love to make that are slightly complicated and wanted to try combining them, but simplified.
this is the amount for a 1 person serving-adjust if cooking for multiple people.
How to for my new dish(that someone should help me name)👇🏼
Olive oil in a pan, cook 1 seasoned chicken breast on medium low until fully cooked and then turn up the heat to medium high to sear until chicken is golden (see picture- seasonings: Montreal chicken seasoning, salt, pepper)
1 Handful of frozen peas (boiled-drained)
2.5 handfuls pasta of choice - I used penne rigate (boil 8-10 minutes in salted water then drain)
In a bowl mix:
3 table spoons olive oil
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1.5 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup chicken broth
Small pinch of grated Parmesan cheese
Add cooked pasta and peas to bowl, mix well.
Cut up chicken in small pieces and add to bowl, top with pinch of parsley and Parmesan cheese.
Enjoy 🤗😋

Part 3
Part 2
Part 1
So I’ve decided to combine my page “Angie’s home fitness” and this page so I can keep all my content in one place making it so much easier on not only me but for you all to only have to go to one page for everything you need (fitness, recipes, motivation,
etc)
I started this page to show everyone how easy it is to cook from home and share yummy homemade recipes but now I’d like to also show you how easy it can be to workout from home, I know with the virus and quarantine things are difficult for so many people right now with the gyms closing, limited travel, lots of measures in place and so many restrictions and continuing working out (from Home) is at least one way to keep some type of normalcy.
Now, while I’m not claiming to be an expert in the fitness or food industry I do want to share what has worked for me and my journey surrounding food and fitness, This will also help keeps the posts up on this page instead of 1 post every couple weeks.
I know so many people who want to start and just don’t know how or are not sure what to do and I want to help make that a bit easier for everyone.
On top of the normal recipes I post I’ll also be posting exercises you can do from home, what kind of equipment to buy, what supplements + vitamins I use, motivating quotes, brands of workout clothing I like, workout playlist, my journey etc and giving you all the knowledge I have on what I’ve done.
I hope those that follow my page won’t mind to much about me switching things up! But don’t worry I will still be posting recipes 🙂
I’m so excited to start this next chapter with you all!
How would everyone feel if I turned this page into a food AND fitness page? If you would like me to combine my pages let me know! If you would prefer I keep them in seperate groups also let me know! Comment below.
In the fitness group I talk about equipment I have, exercises, supplements, gym clothes, motivation etc. So I would post a bit of each on this page.
Let me know what you prefer in the comments below!
Also here’s tonight’s supper. Quessadillas 😋
This is soooo good!
Although it didn’t go exactly to plan, I did the X of parchment paper and all the parts that weren’t touching parchment started to burn after 2 hours, I had to pull the bread out halfway through even though it wasn’t fully cooked and cover the entire crock to keep it from burning further. I also had to cut lots off that was badly burnt and now I’ll know better for next time! 😂
I did use spray as well it just wasn’t going right lol. Next time I’ll know to cover everywhere before putting the batter and hopefully it doesn’t burn, if needed I can do a live to show you how I do it 🤗
More photos will be in the comments.

Can anyone guess what I’m making 😋
After a few weeks of take out and having no idea what to make, I finally spent a few hours yesterday googling new recipes and came up with a few to make over the next 2 weeks 😋
I’ll post the recipes as I make them, they will be mostly crock pot recipes as I’m short on time these days!
*** i just wanted to say I haven’t been posting as much since most of my meals for the past month has been from a restaurant 😂 I’ve been so tired from school, exams and the babies that I’m just having a huge “cooking” block and don’t even know what to cook or make anymore. But I think I’m Finally getting over it after spending many hours googling recipes.

This one is super easy and is a recipe passed down by my aunt!
Ingredients:
Boiled Penne rigate pasta (until al dente)
1 large can diced tomatoes
Old cheddar cheese.
(Amount depends on size of your dish.)
Put 1 can diced tomatoes in your dish (I use 1/2 can for my dish) add 3-4 cups of cooked pasta ( again depends on dish size), Top with slices of old cheddar cheese until pasta is well covered. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 or until cheese is crispy.
** you can also layer the cheese and pasta, for a cheesier dish, Topping with cheese to finish.
** your finished dish should look slightly different as I actually had to broil my cheese because I’m having an issue baking in my oven right now,(another reason I haven’t been cooking as much) the oven sensor isn’t working properly meaning it isn’t baking at the correct temperature. And I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for the repair man to fix the part 😂 ANYWAYS. Enjoy x
Crock pot honey garlic chicken 😋 one of my favourite crock pot meals!
I haven’t been cooking much lately so haven’t had much to post. For this meal I cook on high for 4 hours, about half way through I’ll toss In some green beans and carrots and everything is perfectly cooked by the time it’s finished! I also use breasts instead of thighs.

Today’s a ped day for school which means baking day! On today’s agenda we have:

Lemon meringue pie + tarts
Shepard’s pie
Lasagna
And date squares!

****Extra info****
*Like most doughs. It’s ready when nothing sticks to the bowl.😉
* in #2 it says use hands to mix but I use the kitchen aid till the end. Do it the way what you prefer 🤗
* 1 lb butter = 454g or 4 sticks
* it doesn’t say on paper when to put the extract, put it while you are gradually adding in flour
* try not to leave dough out for too long as it melts / softens easily making it easier to burn / crumble.
***How to after making dough***
Empty bowl onto baking mat or Plastic Wrap.
Roll into a “log” and wrap in plastic wrap, chill for 1-2 hours (can stay in fridge for up to 3-4 day’s)
Preheat oven to 350 - line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Remove dough from fridge and immediately slice
Off cookies 1/4 inch thick, thicker for softer cookies - thinner for crispy.
Place close together on baking sheet (they don’t grow big and stick together so don’t worry about spacing)
Bake for 8 minutes, remove from Oven and let cool.
*Sprinkles can be put on before or after baking.
Either use Sprinkles or sugar in a bowl mixed with food colouring 🤗
Store in airtight container
I will also make and sell these for those interested 🤗
Quesadillas!
I wanted to make strawberry shortcake today but my strawberries froze in the fridge 🥴 now to decide what to make tomorrow🤗
Turns out school is delayed by another week so that means an extra week of cooking & baking 😁
Recipes I’ll be doing next week:
Last strawberry shortcake of the year
Homemade beaver tails
Sugar cookies
Nanny’s mac
😋
All done! Going to freeze one tray for later 😁
What makes me happy is when dough goes from a little ball to THIS big and still has room to stretch.😎
