Our September run will be much shorter and we have closed this month's orders. Orders were not as heavy as in the past, but we do have excess available and will have 2 1 lb bags of each of the following: Original, Sweet & Hot, and Cajun. If interested in any of these, please send us a message.

Hey! It's been awhile, but we're taking orders for the August run. We're limiting to 20 lbs this month. Flavor of the Month is Spicy Thai Ginger AKA Asian Zing. FotM will be limited to 4 lbs this month. Orders will begin to process early next week and should be ready for delivery by Friday.

All single lb orders are $15/lb with exception of FotM, which is $10/lb. As always, pricing is pre-marinade/smoke/dehydration. Multi-pound discounts available.

It has been a long day. Smoker has been running since 7 am. We've got about 5 lbs of custom orders left to smoke, dehydrate, and package, but we're on track to start deliveries as early as tomorrow. We will reach out when we're 100% complete to connect with folks about delivery availability.

We love numbers! A little by the numbers since we started doing monthly runs.

- Since April, we have produced 104.5 lbs. (Likely higher for untracked runs)
- Of that 104.5 lbs, approximately 30% of production has been for our Sweet & Hot, making it a crowd pleaser.
- Our Flavor of the Month has sold out both months it has been offered. Each Flavor of the Month has been limited to 5 lbs.
- Surprisingly, custom orders slightly edge out our original flavor, with productions of 19.5 lbs and 18 lbs, respectively.
- Of our tracked sales, all but five orders have been hand delivered to our customers.
- 100% positive feedback from our customers in this time frame.

We need to remember sometimes that we too like to actually consume the jerky we make. We get caught up sometimes. As the Joker said in The Dark Knight, if you're good at something, never do it for free.

Pre-orders for the June run end tomorrow. These will begin processing on Sunday and will continue through the week. We will be in touch with all of our customers that have pre-ordered. Based on current demand, we may have original, sweet & hot, and teriyaki available for purchase once pre-orders have closed. As of this post, we have 21/30 lbs pre-sold.

For those that aren't local, we have the capability to ship. Shipping will be included in the invoice and will ship within a day of completion. Regardless of delivery or shipping, all packages will be vacuum sealed and will include deoxidizer packets to ensure freshness.
