At the moment I have no clue how much I weigh because it has been weeks since I checked but honestly it doesnโt matter! ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ
Because at this moment I am feeling myself! ๐
For awhile I have stopped sharing how much I weigh because I donโt want someone to feel that if they were at that weight that is how their body will look like too. ๐
Now I can tell ya is that I know I am not at my โsmallestโ but itโs also reminding myself that I am now 34 not 24.

๐๐ฝ Things are going to slow down a bit. ๐
I was teaching SO many group fitness classes a week ON TOP OF doing one or two workouts at home 6 days a week.
๐๐ฝ Itโs been a few years since I have taught classes and my body isnโt as active as it was before. ๐
Life is going to happen to ya & sometimes you may turn to food for comfort whether itโs celebrating the holidays or maybe going thru a dark chapter.
๐๐ฝ Just donโt give up yourself!
Keep showing up for you & stop comparing yourself to yourself when you look at your FB/IG Memories! โ๐ฝ

As my crew and I wait for our next virtual accountability challenge group to begin, I will be spending some time getting my Amoila Cesar fix doing โThe Prepโ for the next two weeks. ๐ช๐ฝ
I definitely connect more to doing hard ass workouts and Trainers who just yell at ya (๐) but their motivational push is just what you need to hear!

When itโs safe to travel again and you need some , I highly suggest Anna Maria Island! ๐

Growing up in the 90โs I use to ride my bike literally everywhere in BVL (Kissimmee, FL) and would just ride around for hours!
Itโs nice to reconnect to that part of my childhood/teen years.
So if you are bored at home, get yourself a bike and explore your town.
Also helps in the afternoons to go out for ride instead of mindlessly snacking. ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ
By the time we come back, itโs time for dinner!
Nothing like the start of a 3 day cleanse to make you see how often you were mindlessly snacking! ๐ฌ
Who else has been munching more than usual lately?! ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ
And trust me I get it, we are in some stressful times right now and itโs easier to turn to food for comfort.๐
Not down to do a cleanse, there are other ways you can take back control!
Keep a food journal ๐
Say no to ordering Take Out ๐

Plan out your meals ๐

Beaches ๐ may be closed but it was nice to just drive down Gulf Drive ๐, jams on blast ๐ถ , sunroof open โ๏ธ , and enjoying the salty air aroma ๐! ๐ฅฐ
Also confirmed that I need to become an Anna Maria Island Resident so I can be allowed to Social Distance myself on the Beach! ๐คฃ

My workout today just got me all up in my feelings and thinking about all the s**t I have been dealing with for a long.
There are times when we do need that one workout session that breaks down your emotional wall so you can just cry it out. ๐ญ
Emotions arenโt a sign of weakness, itโs a sign of strength. โค๏ธ

Another tip that we practiced this past weekend is to pack up your own food/drinks and stay away from Public Bathrooms.
Shaun T kicked my f*cking ass today and I enjoyed every single minute of it! ๐คช
5 Rotations of Sudden Death (itโs a fit test) which honestly isnโt so bad for not doing Insanity Asylum Series in a very LONG time!
Highest I have hit is 8 Rotations.
So that is my goal number while I gain back my athletic cardio endurance. ๐๐ฝ
Instead of setting weight loss goals, start setting PERFORMANCE Goals!
Thatโs something the scale doesnโt tell ya! ๐

I was sleeping REALLY good! ๐
I looked at the time again and the next thought was:
Nah Girl! Your ass ๐ can get ready in 30 minutes and if you are not back home in time to wake up Natalie for the Bus, you can always drive her to school.
๐๐ฝ Glad to report I knocked out my workout AND Natalie still made her bus on time. ๐๐ฝ
