At the moment I have no clue how much I weigh because it has been weeks since I checked but honestly it doesnโ€™t matter! ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

Because at this moment I am feeling myself! ๐Ÿ˜˜

For awhile I have stopped sharing how much I weigh because I donโ€™t want someone to feel that if they were at that weight that is how their body will look like too. ๐Ÿ˜



Now I can tell ya is that I know I am not at my โ€œsmallestโ€ but itโ€™s also reminding myself that I am now 34 not 24.

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿฝ Things are going to slow down a bit. ๐Ÿ˜†

I was teaching SO many group fitness classes a week ON TOP OF doing one or two workouts at home 6 days a week.

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿฝ Itโ€™s been a few years since I have taught classes and my body isnโ€™t as active as it was before. ๐Ÿ˜†

Life is going to happen to ya & sometimes you may turn to food for comfort whether itโ€™s celebrating the holidays or maybe going thru a dark chapter.

I definitely connect more to doing hard ass workouts and Trainers who just yell at ya (๐Ÿ˜‚) but their motivational push is just what you need to hear!

Growing up in the 90โ€™s I use to ride my bike literally everywhere in BVL (Kissimmee, FL) and would just ride around for hours!

Itโ€™s nice to reconnect to that part of my childhood/teen years.

So if you are bored at home, get yourself a bike and explore your town.

Also helps in the afternoons to go out for ride instead of mindlessly snacking. ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

By the time we come back, itโ€™s time for dinner!

5 Rotations of Sudden Death (itโ€™s a fit test) which honestly isnโ€™t so bad for not doing Insanity Asylum Series in a very LONG time!

Highest I have hit is 8 Rotations.
So that is my goal number while I gain back my athletic cardio endurance. ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿฝ

Instead of setting weight loss goals, start setting PERFORMANCE Goals!

Nah Girl! Your ass ๐Ÿ‘ can get ready in 30 minutes and if you are not back home in time to wake up Natalie for the Bus, you can always drive her to school.
