Hi! We are a super host again in Vallejo with 67 wonderful reviews. We are always looking for a way to find the positive in our reservations. Our 3 listings are located in a low-income housing area. It is hard to make all guests happy, but we do our best!

Our philosophy is this: Super host status is recognition for being a great host... a goal that hosts should be striving for even if the Super host program did not exist.

• Are you working hard to provide a great experience to your guests just because you want that badge?

• Or do you provide a great experience because you want your guests to have a wonderful stay with you?

But if you do all the extra things because you want your guests to have an amazing vacation, then the badge really is secondary. Just a cherry on top of the cake.

We are happy if our guests are happy. We are happy if we get good bookings at a good rate. Having a lot of happy guests is the number one way to get a good search rank and more good bookings.
