Procedure:👇Satisfy your cravings with the perfect sweet and savory flavors. This Pork Adobo with Pineapple offers a culinary experience that delights the senses and leaves you craving more. 😍

1. Marinate the Pork:

Combine sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, pepper, and minced garlic in a bowl. Mix well.
Add the pork cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour.

2. Sauté the Pork:

In a pan over medium heat, sauté the marinated pork until golden brown.

3. Sauté the Onion:

Add thinly sliced onions to the pan. Season with a pinch of salt and stir until the onions are translucent.

4. Simmer with Marinade:

Pour in the remaining marinade sauce. Add bay leaves, star anise, and water. Simmer until the pork is tender, and the liquid reduces and thickens.

5. Add Bell Pepper:

Once the pork is almost tender, add the sliced bell peppers to the pan. Cook until the bell peppers are slightly tender but still vibrant.
