1. All incoming freshmen/transferee students must visit the campus for IN-PERSON ENROLLMENT. This visit will cover the submission of documentary and medical requirements, completion of enrollment forms, physical examination, and distribution of university account credentials. Please wear appropriate attire. DO NOT wear revealing clothes, shorts, or sandals.
2. Place all documents inside a long-size brown envelope, labelled with LAST NAME, FIRST NAME AND MIDDLE NAME and COURSE and submit them to the Campus Clinic / Registrarโs Office.
3. Enrollment applications for incoming freshmen, transferees and returnees will NOT BE APPROVED without the submission of all required documents.
4. Continuing students with INCOMPLETE GRADES will NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR ENROLLMENT.
