🥳🥳 Fantastic news!! We are back up and running after the craziness of the Auckland floods left us with a lovely brown indoor swimming pool. We have made some minor improvements along the way too with better gib, insulation, paint and new flooring. We are so fortunate to have had a swift response from our insurance companies. Massive thanks to all the tradies who helped bring our home back to life. Hearts out to all those affected by the storm and hope everything goes back to normal soon 💜 Looking forward to getting back to all our planned projects!!

Scallywag Records is a recording studio based in West Footscray, Melbourne, Australia. We have the ability to complete almost any job, wether it be from the writing process, to online distribution, and everything in-between. Rock and Metal are our specialty, however we can also accommodate for virtually any genre out there. At Scallywag Records you will find a spacious and relaxing creative environment for you or even your whole band. Flexibility and affordability are a key focus and we are happy to work alongside you to get the desired result.
We have the facilities to record Guitars, Bass, Keyboards and any other electric instruments or external MIDI in the Studio. Vocals are no issue and we have the microphones to record most other acoustic instruments. You will also find a large range of house guitars and basses along with a 61 key MIDI keyboard and a high quality electric drum kit. A Live Room for tracking acoustic Drums can be made available with prior booking and at an extra cost.
Free off street parking, toilets, cooking facilities, coffee and smoking areas are just some of the comforts of home available at Scallywag Records. We are also located a stones throw from the local music shop. So if you have a project in mind, grab your guitars, rally the troops, and set sail for Scallywag Records today!
