I swear, my people, yall are so beautiful though. If you cant tell by my feed - i am pro black, pro love and an activist for building a safe place for us to just thrive happily & peacefully and become one with the inner God in us. Times like this really f$&k with my psyche because its so hard for me to grasp the pure hatred and evil intentions against such a beautiful immaculate mass of beings. I know our light, is threatening. Our talent makes people feel inferior and our happiness is a mirror to others lack there of BUT, i pray for another side to this mountain. Ion wanna be apart of yall's world anywhere - i wanna deep dive and be immersed into this sea of my people & try to find out, what would life feel like without, this constant state of fear. This constant state of just, trying to live by your own standards, your own means & just be, one with yourself & no1 else. We just want to exist without friction ! A place where we know our skill, our abilities, our voice, influence and power & we not only embrace but we utilize it. All of us. & we build and capitalize on it.
Its traumatic seeing black death. I dont know why its allowed - its like our country wants us to waste away from either grief & just go crazy or, be antagonized enough to go out and give a reason to be killed off. This is a hunt & the goal is extinction. I just watched a 17yo strap up for target practice on people who look like me. My jewish people, natives, hispanics, asian - how can you relate ? Have you seen worse? Can you imagine living like this - would you trade shoes? .
Im ranting but just know, i see the bigger picture. they wouldnt fight so hard to end us if we werent worth so so much. Theres a reason - we reflect their inequities, their flaws. THEY need "ni***rs", not us. They need targets & scapegoats. They need something to pour their hate into, like a pit. They need a reason to dedicate their lives to ending a COLOR of people.
But just know, i love you. Youre worth fighting for, rioting for. Dying for. Reproducing for, building for. Youre worth preservation and investment. Youre worth gold & im so honored to be of your tribe. I love you.

Who told you love me that this? Who told you to shed generational curses and rid inherited mannerisms all to be a better man for you, for me, for your family and our future imaginative family? Who told you to budget out money, keep me ina gym and worry about the food i digest? Who told you to basically go back into a school and training environment with hopes to building a strong foundational career that we could build a family on? Who told you to write affirmations on our mirror to lift you and me up at the same time? Who told you to rub my butt like that? Who told you yo kiss me long and hard like that? Who pushed you to learn howta retwist my locs and do laundry? Who told you to work thru feelings, be patient and open to communication and growing? Who told you to be a leader, an influencer? Who told you to give advice to the homies on diet, money and love? Who told you to have a dream of building a center to change the lives of underprivileged men in s.central ? Who told you, God is the word and key & to follow him? Who told you, to be so damn good to me? Who told you to forgive, to be humble, to be understanding to me? Who told you, be kind and forgiving to yourself as you grow and shed old ways - who told you, u needa love yourself? Who told you to - dedicate your life to me & ask me to be your wife?.
Everything we do and have done, we havent seen to many examples of. Our love , stands out because, it's different. Our engagement time, we were to busy sifting thru dirt and aligning ourselves to Gods vision of us as husband and wife - we haven't sat and hada wedding planning conversation yet - & i wouldnt change any of it.
Idk where tf you came from, but everyday I get a feeling that you were made for me. I get an affirmation that you are my partner and missing piece to a puzzle. Everyday - no cap - im reminded exactly why i am in love with you. Whether its a bug gesture or small, & all i can say is "Damn, thank you God."

My nonprofit has been growing. I have students from Portland, Northern California allover to the Bronx , and they are adorable little junior artists ! I had many sleepless nights designing and illustrating handouts, to coming up with lesson plans, to packing free Art supply kits for my kiddos. I am blessed. This is my act of a revolution - bringing access to the expressive / collaborative / healing joy of Art to my people, teaching Creative Writing, History and Art and introducing students to the contemporary and amazing Artists that we dont see in Art books . Im so excited to see how this will grow !
Also, we are always accepting donations towards the Nonprofit. Your money can support a family in need with Art Summer Classes, fund a local artists teaching workshop, supply materials or equipment & even can be put towards our savings for a permanent space! Just shoot us an email.
