ARABIAN CHICKEN KABSA is a simple one pot recipe that’s delicious, nutritious and easy to make too. Arabian Chicken Kabsa (better than hotel) Kabsa is a chicken and rice main course dish that is popular not just in Saudi Arabia but across the Arab world. Chicken Kabsa Saudi dish is a very popular middle eastern rice dish that is served with a special sauce which is also called shatha. Kabsa rice or the Saudi traditional rice can be made using mutton or chicken.

▶Ingredients for Kabsa Spices (Step 1):
Whole Coriander 2 tbsp
Black Pepper 2 tsp
Jeera ¼ tsp
Cardamom 5 nos
Clove 5 nos
Cinnamon 2 nos
Star Anise 1 nos
Red Chilli 2 nos
Bay Leaf 2 nos
▶Ingredients for Tomato Puree:
Tomato 1 nos big size
▶Ingredients for Kabsa Main Dish (Step 2):
Chicken (With or without skin) 1 Kg
Oil 2 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric Powder ½ tps
Kabsa Spices 2 tbsp
Bay Leaf 2 nos
Cinnamon 2 inch size 2 nos
Cardamom 3 nos
Clove 2 nos
Dry Lemon 2 nos
Onion (medium size) 2 nos
Garlic Clove 2 nos
Crushed Ginger 1 tbsp
Orange Skin few
Tomato Puree As shown in the video
Tomato Paste 1 tbsp
Maggi Chicken Stock 1 cube
Water 4.5 cup

Sella Basmati Rice 3 cup
Kabsa Spices 1 tbsp
Green Chilli 3 nos
Grated Carrot 1 nos (medium size)
▶Ingredients for Kabsa Main Dish (Step 4):
Oil 3 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Badam hand full
Raisin hand full
