We've had a new delivery from the team at Happiful Magazine and we're loving the little tips particularly on muscle relaxation!

Within our dancing that can show up as knowing our bodies and how we prefer to move within them.
Knowing movements that feel good to us specifically and looks good as we express them, so that we can bring our authenticity to our dance.
Dancing like someone else can help us learn a move. But it is never truly our move until we dance it in.our own way. ππ€―
