Round 2, good looking loaves.
White French loaf made with a poolish pre-ferment. The marbled looking loaf with the honey is a french wheat swirl made with a b**a pre-ferment.

My interpretation of chilaquiles...
Kayka made home salsa roja. I put it over toasted tortilla strips and 2 medium eggs. Topped with homemade guacamole, cotija, chihuahua and oaxaca cheeses.
