⚖️I want to talk about keeping a work-life balance

We all have 100 things on our 📋to-do list each day and 100 more things we want to do but we only have 24 hours in a day and at least 7 of those hours are for sleeping😴

☮️Having a good work-life and personal life balance is so important. Being on the go 24/7 can lead to a burnout and that is never a good time😓

Make sure you set aside time to get the things you want to do done and give yourself some downtime 💆‍♀️

🙅‍♀️Not everything needs to or can be done in one day so break down big tasks/projects into smaller tasks for each day. This will help break down the stress around each task while still making 📈 progress to the end task/project

🙀Don’t be afraid to outsource tasks you can’t get to or just hate having to do!

👩‍💻I save all of my own business stuff (creating content, edit videos, planning, etc) for Sunday nights after my son has gone to bed🛏️

👀Doing this gives me about 4 or 5 hours to really focus on what I need to get done

I have many goals set for March 📅 these are just ones the top of my list this month

I have wanted to be able to work from 🏠 home since my son was born but didn’t think I’d be able to do it without going back to school🎓

👩‍💻Then I came across 90 Day VA. I started in October of 2020 and it was the best thing I could have done for myself!

🙀I only have 1 module to go and then I am done and have my certificate! I’m so excited to start this new path I am on.

I figured I should introduce myself and tell you a little about what I'm doing here.

To start, I'm Jessica and I have jumped onto this crazy train of working online! Just a single mom trying to make a living without having to give up time with her son.
