The planning, the work, the love that went into āExercise Patienceā I am speechless.
Add to it, seeing friends I have not seen in 10, 20, 30+ years! My heart is full. I just want to take a long walk and meditate on what Iāve learned these past 3 days, and how blessed I am to have a Mom that taught me how to live the Best life ever and share it with others.
It took some time but Hubby accompanies me now on my walks. š„°

This week was just a whirlwind. Thought I was battling a cold and my heart having a hard time supporting me and it was actually a viral lung infection and pnemonia!!!!!
I have to give a shout-out to and their staff for not looking only at the surfaceā¦.they dug deep. Thatās how you donāt get discharged and then drop dead!!

I love to walk. I want to improve my speed but aging bones and joints get in the way of tackling the hills and enduring the 8 miles.
I was encouraged to get a walking pole and she demonstrated how to hike the hill!!! Purchase it I did!! GAME CHANGER!!
If you walk, how long does it take you to walk a mile?
Benefits of walking at sunrise
The brain needs oxygen. Walking helps - therefore great for mental and brain function. Need I say stress reliever!
Diabetes, blood pressure, heart and immune system.
Gut health - skin.

When I think about all the craziness in the world today it breaks my heart. I pray for the families torn apart.
In the meantime, we must be thankful for the WORD recorded for us at Micah 4:4 and Isa 65:17. Where would we be without hope?
