**Happy Labor Day!** 🎉👷♂️👷♀️
Today, we honor the hard work and contributions of workers across the nation. As we celebrate, it’s important to reflect on the history that shaped our labor force, especially within the Latino community.
One pivotal chapter is the Bracero Program, which ran from 1942 to 1964. This program brought millions of Mexican laborers to the United States to work in agriculture and railroads, filling critical labor shortages during and after World War II. Despite the challenges and hardships they faced, these workers played a vital role in building the backbone of America’s agricultural industry.
As we enjoy this day of rest, let’s remember the resilience, determination, and sacrifices of the Braceros and countless others who have paved the way for future generations. Their legacy continues to inspire us as we strive for equity and fairness in the workplace.
Here’s to all the hardworking individuals making a difference every day. ¡Feliz Día del Trabajo! 💪🇺🇸🇲🇽

📚 Semiconductor Economics 101:
Semiconductors are the 🧠 of modern tech. NVIDIA’s chips power AI, gaming, and more. Here’s why they matter:
1. High barriers to entry = limited competition 🏰
2. Economies of scale = lower costs as production increases 📉
3. Cyclical demand = boom and bust cycles 🎢
Result? Companies like NVIDIA can see MASSIVE growth during boom times. But watch out for those busts! 👀
Understanding this cycle is key for smart investing. Ready to dive deeper? 🏊♂️💰

Repping the vibrant spirit of LA with these shots of a classic purple low rider at Venice Beach, originally shared by Nike. Just as this car embodies the fusion of culture and style, Nike’s business case study highlights the power of innovation and branding in driving success. Founded by Phil Knight in 1964, Nike has grown from humble beginnings to a powerhouse with over $44 billion in annual revenue. Knight’s journey, detailed in his book Shoe Dog, shows how he struggled to build Nike at the beginning, overcoming numerous challenges and hurdles. One Life. One Race.

OUR STORY
People Made Us Do It
A native of Los Angeles, Noel Castellanos was always inherently curious and well versed in technology and the stock market. While a student at the University of Southern California, he began asking himself why humans that grew up in one culture behaved very differently around those from another. He knew that all races share 99% of the same DNA so why did this happen? This was irrational behavior and knew that irrational exuberance flourished time after time in the U.S. stock market. Therefore, he hypothesized that this was society acting irrationally at a global scale and the fuel keeping this irrational behavior alive was history. Once history is written, it cannot be edited or erased—only recalled.
